Location

This apartment complex is ideally located in Costa Teguise's tourist centre, just 150 meters from the nearest beautiful sandy bay. Countless shopping and entertainment venues in the town centre are within walking distance of the complex, or may easily be reached by making use of public transport. There is a bus stop directly in front of the complex (10 m away). The island's capital, Arrecife, is only 7 kilometres away.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 324 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive.     Lovely hotel. Great holiday

    Just returned from 1 week at Loz Zocos. 2 adults , 2 kids age 15 and 12.The hotel was lovely. It's very spacious , therefore did not feel over crowded. Lovely clean rooms with a decent sized balcony. Clean towels put in the room every day.Kettle and hairdryer also in the rooms. 2 large swimming pool areas that are on either side of the hotel. One with music , kids entertainment and the other one was the quiet pool. We sat around the quiet pool which again was never over crowded. Outdoor bar at both pools.Lovely flowers and trees all around and free mini golf. Large courts for kids to play ball games. The restaurant had a huge variety of food so even the fussiest of people would find something to eat.Staff all very friendly.We only went to the entertainment bar once as its not really our thing and it was very loud.The only criticism is that the apartment floors weren't swept during our stay. ( a Broom in the room would have been good) and lack of mirrors near to plugs. But that's not the end of the world. Location is perfect. Walk across the road and there's a few shops and the beach We walked alot and found some lovely beaches, a cove which was ideal for snorkeling and fishing. The main shopping centre and restaurants were about 15-20 minutes away. An aquarium behind the hotel was good but a bit pricey.Also went to the water park and rancho texas which were great days out.All in all this is a great hotel and I would definitely go back.

    We’ve just returned as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 14 year old girls) from a week long stay. It was a really good hotel and offered most things we were hoping.To list the positive things first:1. Room (senior suite) was a really good size and very clean. Layout was excellent and it was just as we were hoping for.2. Food was excellent. Always options for everyone’s tastes and the quality was really high. There was always somewhere to go to get food if desired. The drinks were all good as well. We didn’t upgrade to the premium level but that didn’t affect things at all. The beer was a more locally produced one called Tropical which was great. Same with the spirits.3. There wasn’t any issue with getting a parasol near the pools. If you wanted to be by the main pool then you needed to have your towels down by 7am, but if you were happy with the quiet pool then they were still available at 9am.4. Location as it’s only a 3 minute walk to the promenade. Couldn’t be better located.In terms of the minor gripes we had:1. The air conditioning in the suite didn’t seem very effective so although it never became too hot in there it definitely didn’t cool as much as other places we’ve stayed.2. The internet was a bit flakey both in the room and especially near the pool. It was non existent in the entertainment space which is a big miss as while you’re waiting for the kids entertainment to finish it does help if the kids could have had some wifi to use.3. The pools are both salt water (mildly) but this irritated both my daughter’s skin unfortunately. It’s a shame they don’t use freshwater as that would have made the use of the pool much better.

    Excellent hotel. Great facilities. Several good clean swimming pools [plenty of sunbeds] Football and Tennis courts as well as a excellent mini golf. A large Entertainment team. Fabulous polite and very friendly staff. Ideal for families [kids pool, kids club and entertainment] and couples. Very good selection of good quality food. Great room with everything that you would need. Very quite at night. All set in a great location. Good value for money. We have been several times before and will be going again.     From check in this is a great hotel! I am not disputing other guests experiences however the rooms are clean, spacious and everything we need. The pool area is spotless. The food is dead on nothing wrong with it. The entertainment keeps the kids happy.     Great time at Los zocos

    We had a fantastic time at los zocos the hotel was lovely with 2 pools one side and 1 on the quiet side warning they were very cold but in the hot parts of the day it was welcome. The food was good pasta pizza and chips for the kids and different themes each night with burgers and hotdogs in the pool bar some days there were things we didn’t like however, that was more personal preference than a fault of the hotel. Staff were very attentive and the hotel was really clean. It was easy to get to the beach or go to the bus stop to go to puerto del carmen.There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel with the music side of the pool lively.We unfortunately didn’t see any entertainment but it looked good.The room itself was decent and was cleaned everyday.Overall it was value for money and we would definitely visit again. I would say there were no slides and things for the kids in the pool so if they like splash pads or slides I wouldn’t choose it however the animation team always had games on if kids wanted to join in and you could take pool toys in apart from large inflatables only little ones for small children were allowed.
