Location

This apartment hotel is located at the heart of Puerto del Carmen, on the fabulous, sun-drenched island of Lanzarote. The beaches are a mere 3 minutes' walk away, on the other side of the promenade La Avenida lies the small Playa Punta Peñita and the Playa Candíl. The Playa Grande is only 500 m from the hotel. The resort is located in the middle of the town, directly on the promenade and offers, besides the many shops and a choice of good restaurants, its famous nightlife.

Facility

A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 8 apartments and 32 studios. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Never again Place in a very goo location only good thing rooms need a good deep clean has to ask for clean towels only allowed 1 charge during a stay not allowed music no tv so on rainy days sat in silence on bed because only have chairs that smell iv started in meany places and this is far the worst everd

    I've stayed in SFP over a dozen times over about 15yrs so I knew what I was getting. Ive stayed in the studio, one bed and this time I booked the two bed de luxe. The location is perfect and it is a no frills complex. This time I can definitely say I will never rebook it. Not one upgrade since I started staying there. Everything from the safe to the WiFi is additional. Beds are awful to say the least. No sockets for microwave, toaster or even kettle on the worktop in the kitchenette. Ground in dirt everywhere. Furniture filthy, extremely weather damaged sun chairs/tables. The list was endless. Place needs to shut down and be refurbished. No flushing toilet roll in 2025 is a joke. Toilet roll and soap should be included for guests at the very least. It is good value on the face of it but there are many properties available for very little extra.

    Have stayed here several times ,not through choice it must be said ,and the same this time ,if it was cheap you could understand but you get very little for your money .Only 2 toilet rolls provided the rest must be bought yourself .Only complete silence after dark is acceptable, or a whopper of a security guard tells you to hush !! ,despite the apartments being situated on a busy road next to a pub !!.Room very basic ,staff only there for 3 hours a day !.You can get far better for less money .

    Me and my Partner stay in SFP 5th time. We stay 11 days( unfortunately our linen were changed only after 6 days because we asked about it). Unfortunately I also have to complain about the group of men who lived below us. Every night after 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., they would hang out on the terrace and be loud. Unfortunately, there was no security to alert these men.

    After reading some of the reviews, we didn’t have high expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised by our stay.The rooms were clean, though a little dated. While there was no air conditioning, we hired a fan which was sufficient. The pool was on the cold side, but in 34°C heat it was exactly what we needed! We stayed in a lovely apartment overlooking the pool area, and the atmosphere was very friendly.The location was perfect—just a short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. There was always plenty of space and plenty of sunbeds available, which made relaxing by the pool easy.The only downside was the on-site security guard after midnight. He was very strict, and even quiet conversations on the balcony were considered too loud.Overall, though, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would happily return.
