Located in Puerto Calero, this resort is ideal for those in need of an adults-only holiday.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 335 rooms. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (for a fee). Other services include a car hire service, a transfer service, 24-hour room service (for a fee) and a laundry service. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector. The congress service offers support with all aspects of event organisation. 5 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Satellite television and WiFi are provided as well. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered a selection of towels.

Sport

Plenty of active relaxation awaits guests in the pool area's 4 outdoor pools. Even in bad weather, a swim in the indoor pool is always an option. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee) offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis and beach volleyball are available. Water sports available at the complex include water aerobics, and also, for an additional fee, diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym, yoga and pilates. Various wellness options, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments, are offered for a fee. The resort offers an entertainment programme for adults.

Meals

The dining area includes 6 restaurants and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive special. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The resort also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    I recently returned from another stay at this amazing resort in Lanzarote, and once again it exceeded all expectations. From the moment you arrive, you’re made to feel like part of the family; the staff hospitality here is second to none.The Guest Experience Team are fantastic - warm, attentive, and caring - nothing is ever too much trouble. A special mention must go to Laura, the Guest Experience Manager, who was simply brilliant and took the time every day for a chat with all the guests, and to Mariana for her warmth and kindness; both of these lovely ladies were so thoughtful and personal in their interactions, and this really speaks volumes about the level of service here. Especially as a solo female traveller, I felt really safe and well looked after.The resort is immaculate throughout, with pristine, comfortable rooms and beautifully maintained facilities and public areas. Despite its popularity, there’s ample space to accommodate all the guests - no rush for sunbeds, just a calm, relaxed atmosphere.For my stay I chose the “Preferred Club” option on an all-inclusive basis, which I would definitely do again on future visits - there’s a designated area for Preferred Club guests, and exclusive access to certain restaurants at breakfast and lunchtime which felt like a proper treat.Dining was outstanding across all the a la carte restaurants, with a great variety of freshly prepared dishes and excellent quality. One night during my stay there was also a special barbecue event in the World Café with delicious seafood and meat options (especially the chorizo and steak!) and made for a really memorable evening.The spa facilities are absolutely lovely – well worth investing in a full-stay pass if you’re staying for 3 days or more; it offers great value and is the perfect way to fully unwind and pamper yourself at the end of the day.Days by the pool were so peaceful, with a great range of cocktails and a really chilled and relaxed vibe alongside the beautiful scenery. Evening entertainment in the piano bar made for a perfect ending to each day.I honestly cannot recommend this resort highly enough. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and genuinely warm atmosphere make your stay truly special. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!     Had a fantastic time .We had a sea view and staff were amazing. Adult only hotel which was amazing. Breakfast was 5 star . The highlight for me was the Scuba Diving. Had two scuba diving lessons on the campus of the Hotel and it made my holiday. A must .     Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived and were greeted with a glass of Cava!Very chilled environment, excellent food and drink, and everything feels easy.     This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Very peaceful and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The spa is a must visit, be careful as the jets are very powerful😳. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there is entertainment every night and a good selection of cocktails to enjoy. I can’t pick any real faults with the hotel. I wouldn’t say the hotel is a 5 star , but more a good 4 star.
