Location

This beach hotel enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Costa Teguise, on the sandy beach of Playa Las Cucharas, where guests will find a surf school right in front of the complex. There is a variety of shops and entertainment venues just 100 metres away and the complex has its own bus stop. Lanzarote Airport is approximately 15 km from the hotel.

Facility

237 rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by 5 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a cash machine, a car hire service, an alarm call service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Included in the standard features of some rooms is a balcony, from which guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.     Hotel room hampered an otherwise wonderful experience of Lanzarote

    On arrival we were placed in block 2, which unfortunately seemed to have construction work ongoing for the duration of our stay (17-24 May). This hampered our experience of the room itself that we had. The lift was not working and we were up 3 flights of stairs. There was limited furniture in the room, with 2 bedside cabinets (which didn't have drawers) and one small desk and wardrobe. Further, there was a sewage smell emitting from the staircase. Additionally, the cleaning of the room seemed to be rushed. The mugs and glasses we had in our room were not changed and we were drinking from the same ones all week. The airconditioning in the room also left a lot to be desired. So I wonder if these are things the hotel management can fix and sort.However we have no complaints about the rest of the hotel. The location and Costa Teguise is excellent, is beside the beach. The reception area was bright and roomy, the breakfast was excellent (we had opted for bed and breakfast only), and my husband enjoyed using the gym facilities.

    I stayed at the hotel about 3 years ago and loved it. We recently came back this year to alot of new changes as new management. But for the worst. No entertainment in the evenings only on Fri and sat which is not good enough. Also no ay time entertainment on weekends. Another negative is the amount of smokers around the pool which really puts me off being a non smoker. There should be a designated area. The only saving grace to this hotel is the entertainer Danny and Rosie they are amazing and make everyone in hotel feel welcome and involved . If it wasn't for danny we would not come back to this hotel. And the location of the hotel is really good

    We stayed at THB Lanzarote Beach mid April. The room was huge, sofa bed and kitchen area. The tv had around 8 English channels and there was day time and evening entertainment hosted by Tony who was excellent and remembered everybody's name. We stayed half board and the food was very good, hot and plenty of choices. Be careful if you go SC as when we talked to a couple on SC who said their room was tiny with no kitchen area. You would think that people who were SC would be given rooms with a kitchen. We found no fault with this hotel and will definitely come again.

    We were on a 7 night stay in THB Costa Teguise and had a lovely time.On arrival reception is bright and inviting and staff very welcoming. We got an unexpected upgrade. Staff at reception had us checked in quickly and gave us all the info we needed plus some tips on nearby dining.Room was spotless clean and more than met our needs. The only negative point I would have is some bits of room and outside area need some TLC but not marking down for this. Some more sockets or extension lead would have also been good. Need to say again high level of cleanliness and servicing of room throughout.We didn't use in-house dining areas but I did see some of the options served up at lunchtime and they looked incredible. Pool bar was good and sensible pricing plus again welcoming staff and very clean.No issues with communal pool areas, nice and clean. Pool isn't very warm but was very nice to cool off.Didn't take part in any provided entertainment but enjoyed watching it and all involved having good fun. We didn't go to the bar attached to hotel, looked very average but it was busy and had entertainment every night.Check out was easy on last day.I would highly recommend the hotel it's in a great location.

    This hotel was perfect for my holiday all around. I traveled solo and there were lots of other solo travelers staying at this hotel. The room was cleaned regularly. The swimming pool caught the sun all day. I never had trouble getting a sunbed as others have said, the pool wasn’t any colder than any other hotel I have stayed at. I wasn’t heated but fine once you are in. The location is as good as you will get. It has a gate leading directly to the beach. Smack bang in the middle of all the restaurants and bars. The rooms seemed pretty quiet compared to other hotels I have stayed in too. I will definitely use this hotel again and definitely would recommend it. Thanks Thb Lanzarote Beach for an enjoyable stay.
