Location

This attractive holiday complex is located right at the end of the kilometre-long sandy beach, Playa Pocillos and 800m from Playa Grande Beach, in Puerto del Carmen. There are a profusion of wonderful bars, restaurants and shopping facilities in the surrounding area. The airport is 6 km away.

Facility

The holiday village has 5 lifts and features 331 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a fan. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. The complex offers outdoor sports, including cycling/mountain biking, bocce, beach volleyball, golf, a putting green and archery or, for a fee, tennis. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, diving and aquafit or, for a fee, paddle boating. The holiday village offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, live music and a casino.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. Special extras await all-inclusive holidaymakers, such as non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, for example. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options.

    Been to this hotel many times and keep coming back. Lovely staff, excellent food and entertainment. Great location. Yes it is old fashioned but spotless clean. Cannot understand some of the reviews! The airport was terrible coming in, this needs sorting!!

    In need of upgrade in rooms and dining areas hygiene in dining hall was shocking food lying on floor and not cleaned up was ill for two days with sickness bug and speaking to others at least over 20 people had it but reception wasn’t interested some staff rude not helpful no atmosphere nothing for families we are middle-aged but felt we were the youngest there more like a retirement home nice position but that’s all won’t be back

    Every morning at 6am work men banging in the corridor of our room food is raw. bacon looked like it could walk off the plate cleaners start banging at 6.30am every morning if you want nice food and a lie in DO NOT stay here!!! Dont dare sit at a 4 seater table if theres only 2 of you or staff will make you feel uncomfortable and mutter in spanish about you.

    I was here at Christmas met friends i had met before hotel has went downhill from then I always loved it new manger has no Internet staff at pool bar bar still friendly and helpful reception staff have changed one or 2 still lovely ive always booked in all-inclusive four days into my holiday i was told I was half board I had askk at reception if I could upgrade but later four days later I was told I was half board and had to pay half board ive been coming about 7years 3 times a year always all inclusive so when I changed again I was told I had to pay full price for the days I missed I hadn't even had four meals at this point never again also here a scoter out ask for a large one as I was going to old town to visit friends almost got killed I have done this trip before many times got halfway up 2 way street and the scooter started going down hill instead off up.hill if it hadn't been for the. Help off a guy I would have got killed the scooter was rolling back revesed to go forward I had to turn it go back down the hill hurting my leg again I can't wait to get outa the hotel deno one off the bar staff threatened me like a child so badly I was in tears all other staff were fantastic but for the money they change I'll be spending it else were if you've to try somwere else. Do so shows are crap never again and I mean never again sorry to the good staff and like Christmas 7 days sick outa 10 do not waste your money try else were always had light music at poo bar wanna be bored go for it only music is chilled your doing water aerobics and it's if your France German or anything but English honesty do not waste your money

    I have never left a review before but promised reception staff I would. Really enjoyed our week at the hotel. Location is excellent with lots of bars and eating places nearby. The whole of the resort is easily walkable from the hotel. Rooms are a good size and have good facilities. Cleaning staff are also top notch and very friendly. We were half board and could always get something to suit food wise. Had the option to have lunch instead of dinner and did this several times and went out in the evening. Lunch menu had quite a good choice and service was very friendly. Plenty of sun beds and lots of lovely comfortable little seated areas. Bar area is very large and very comfortable with entertainment every night. Usual holiday entertainment but nothing wrong with that 😂. Wayne’s steak house just over the road well worth a visit, really enjoyed the food. Noise was never an issue for us and we were opposite the main bar. Overall couldn’t fault the hotel or staff in any way. Would have no hesitation in returning again.
