  All round great apartment can’t fault it.

  Lovely little apartment good atmosphere, not intrusive where you have other people looking in your window. Has everything you could possibly need, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, comfy bed, large tv, good WiFi, sofa bed, table and chairs, sunlounger, great location with scooters at the end of the road and a short walk to the beach and shops. Can’t fault it really, and it’s about €5 taxi to the Puerto Del Carmen strip so not far away from anything. Can’t fault it. Great value for money I paid €1200 for 22 days which was one of the cheapest I could find at the time.

  Unfortunate. Dismal customer service. Abusive politics. Disrespect

  Our experience at this Lanzarote accommodation was disappointing from the beginning. When we collected the keys in a safe box with a code, they demanded to leave 100 euros in it and demanded to send us a photo on WhatsApp as proof as bail. Although the deposit was left in that box, the security code was not changed at any time during the 20 hours of our stay, which meant that anyone with access to the code could have taken the money. After our departure no one and waiting for the next customers no one changed that code. Not only that, the accommodation required us to take out the trash, send photos to show that the place was clean when leaving and wait for the cleaning lady! (you are charged 30€ for cleaning/day) Nowhere else had we been asked for such a thing, and we found it a disproportionate and irrational demand.But the most serious problem was the state of the place. Upon arrival, a strong smell of vomit made it almost impossible to be in the room. We informed the manager with kindness and, after trying to air the place, we went to dinner. However, when we returned early in the morning, the smell was very intense and we had to sleep with the windows open without getting rest and going cold. The next day, we had to compete in a triathlon and we arrived exhausted after a night of waking and cold.When we spoke to the landlord to inform him about these issues, which they already knew, we tried to get him to compensate us fairly. He refused to refund us anything, claiming that we had “enjoyed” the night. He tried to blackmail us, offering us a partial refund only if we left a positive review! In the face of our refusal, he decided not to return anything. We have photos and videos pq we have seen that manipulate.This property demonstrated a total lack of ethics and professionalism. I would not recommend anyone to go through this experience. We will make sure to warn future customers to avoid going through the same thing. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.   Stayed here a few times over the years, it is a quite friendly complex, all privately owned.It is 500m from pocillios beach, there is a large spar, car hire, bike hire and a few bars and eateries withing 500mIt is very quiet at night...just perfectWe liked it that much we bought one !!
