Location

Located in a quiet part of Puerto el Carmen, this hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from the Beach Avenue with its restaurants, bars, pubs, nightspots and shopping venues. Lanzarote Airport is approximately 10 km from the establishment.

Facility

A stay in an of the 4 villas/houses will leave a lasting impression. Multilingual staff are happy to assist and advise. The accommodation features a car hire service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Guests have a view of the pool from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave, a tea/coffee station and a dishwasher.     Scruffy dirty pool on arrival what looked like poo in pool contacted company didn’t care said they clean 3 days later which never happened 1 half roll of toilet roll provided for 2 toilets couldn’t open or close bedrooms as rub so hard everybody wakes up woman arrived at door 3 days in at 930 1 am stuck a phone in my face saying I had to leave on last day at 11 why because the place is a kip we left it cleaner leaving then she gave it to us absolute scum avoid

    We stayed in villa Christina and we couldn’t have been happier. It was better than we imagined and had everything in it that you could possibly need (especially for the price). We stayed with 4 children and they all absolutely loved it. The kids were constantly in the pool and we loved the privacy and security. The villa is roughly 5-10 minute walk to the main strip and it is around the same length of walk in the opposite direction to the bus stop that we were collected for trips. I would definitely book this villa again in the future.

    We stayed in 19, villa Christina. The villa is old, dated and dirty. Pros: the pool was just right for children, villa location was excellent, being 10 mins max from main sea front. Cons: pool dirty because the filters were not working adequately. WiFi virtually non existent, not enough hot water, there were sweet wrappers under the bed from previous occupants. Owners of these properties should invest in an extensive refurb.

    This property is old and tired, the ovenwas disgusting with rusty shelves, "we didn't use it at all" shower was a dribble, bath had rust around the plug, the pool "also didn't use" mainly because the steps out were very loose and dangerous, there's much more I haven't mentioned but overall this property desperately needs a refresh, and if a family were to go there I could see an accident in the making

    We stayed in villa 19 for 10 days in January. The villa is spacious and comfortable. The pool terrace had sunshine all day and we had paid for the pool to be heated which was needed in January.The villa is comfortable and the rooms are a good size with comfy beds. The bathrooms were spacious and there was plenty hot water although the pressure was a bit low upstairs but this wasn't a big deal.The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and small freezer. Using too many electricals at one time caused the electricity to trip but there is a trip switch in the hallway to switch it back on.The villa is about 7 minutes walk to a great bar with good food (the spinnaker) and probably a 10 minute walk to the main strip, this is a hill but nothing drastic.There are plenty of supermarkets just 5 minutes walk away.It would have been nice if we had a change of towels and linen in the 10 days but we knew before we went this wasn't going to happen and there is a washing machine.I did contact the again as the pool heater didn't come back on after the electricity tripped they were helpful and it was fixed in a couple of hours.We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend Villas Bocaina.
