Location

These attractive villas are located in Matagorda (Puerto del Carmen) with a view over the sea and just a few paces (approximately 200 m) from the inviting beach. In a number of metres guests will arrive at plenty of shopping facilities. Puerto del Carmen has a beach which is more than 6 km long. In the centre, there are numerous entertainment venues, shops and restaurants. There is also the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's nightlife of take advantage of the many sports on offer.

Facility

In addition to 9 villas/houses, guests can also choose from a selection of 9 rooms. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk. Services and facilities include a safe, a car hire service, room service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a DVD player, a plug adapter and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, a spa and massage treatments.

    A lovely villa complex situated in Matagorda, on the quieter outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. The villas are a short 10min drive from the airport and a further short 10min drive to the busier area of Puerto del Carmen. The two bedroomed villa that we stayed in was spacious, clean and had all fixtures and fittings one would expect. The enclosed outdoor area was spacious enough for what we needed with a small pool, loungers and dining area. Carolina, the host was just the best. She was friendly and helpful and even invited us into her office when we arrived to tell us about the local area, providing plenty of useful information. The local resort and beach of Playa Matagorda is a short 3-5min walk away with a long stretch of beautiful beach, a few small supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Puerto del Carmen is a 10min drive or 1 hour coastline stroll away where it is much busier with the general hustle and bustle you would expect from a larger resort. A lovely winter sun break in a wonderful villa complex that I would recommend to anyone!

    Second year staying here and hope to be back next year! We stayed in a 3 bed villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable and felt like a home away from home quite quickly. Pool was clean as always and was cleaned during our stay. The area is nice and quiet which is perfect for us. We always tend to rent a car and explore Lanzarote so I can’t really say what local public transport is like other than there is a bus stop close by the roundabout at the entrance to the villas and there always seems to be plenty of taxis around if you want to go into Puerto del Carmen. Carolina, who runs/organises the accommodation is brilliant and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.John.Ireland

    We had a wonderful 3bed villa. Great location within minutes of the beach and shops & restaurants. Taxis within a few minutes walk as well. Couldn’t fault the Villa there is everything you need there. Pools are quite small but ideal for my family of 4, villas are all alarmed and all have parking if needed. Definitely stay again the position is fantastic and Christina at reception was extremely helpful even arranging a taxi for us to get back to the airport.

    Lovely clean villa and pool as always.Disappointed in a couple of nearby restaurants that food/service was not as good as previous visits...but so many others to choose from we didn't go hungry.Caropline and her team at villa couldn't have been better ,with two housekeeping visits and two pool cleans within our 10 day stay.
