Very comfortable room. Helpful staff. Brilliant location overlooking the square. To be recommended for a visit to Ponferrada. Big spacious room. Air-conditioning worked wellDidn't try the restaurants but I imagine they would be very good

Great location for Camino Pilgrims

This was a stop on our Camino journey. The location was great - right on the square. The room comfortable and fairly large with a BATHTUB! Great to soak after many walking days. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Lovely spacious room

This was a very lovely room. It was a bit older place but very well maintained. The room overlooked the square so it was a bit noisy but I didn't mind that at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very spacious room! I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Ponferrada again! The breakfast, which was included, was really good.

Very well located in the center of everything. We had a room facing plaza de ayudamento. Splendid viewThe rooms a bit outdated but the location is impatableYou have a subteran parking right under the square with an exit very close to the hotel. The price is 10 eur per day which is a very affordable one

Really nice staff. The room was large and bathroom huge!Good showers for an old property. Few min walk to the castle and shops. Very clean . Breakfast ok. The restaurant below hotel is excellent! I forgot the name meson taverna?
