Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     All a city hotel should be

    To find the Exe Hotel in Leon, aim for the large downtown El Corte Ingles store – then it's right across the street. Bright and modern, sharp and clean, extremely well appointed bedrooms (ours came with a fairly enormous sitting-room) and spacious bathrooms. All a city hotel should be. Parking is available in the large carpark below, with direct access to the hotel, and it's a ten minute walk into the city centre. Exceptionally helpful staff at reception, ready to dispense local information.

    While this is quite an average, older hotel they offer great service and seemed to do everything right.The service was really good with quick reception. We had a bigger car and they recommended for us to park outside on the street where it was free during our stay.Our room was small but comfortable.Breakfast was very high quality and again, the service was consistently great!

    We had one room for three adults walking the Camino Frances:Good localisation, but a bit away from the attractions.The room was big with good light and a fine bathroom.The beds were comfortable.Very good breakfast.

    We enjoyed our stay here - the location is super, rooms are very clean and comfortable, all staff members are really helpful and friendly. Covid regulations were adhered to all over the hotel and particularly in the breakfast room. The breakfast was good and the coffee very good - a hotel can rise or fall on the standard of its coffee in my estimation! There are a couple of annoying things, however. The main one is the lift - all nigh impossible to get the lift down from any floor, especially now when only one family group should be in a lift! I suppose, one possible semi-solution would be two buttons on each floor - one up, the other down! This of course would not totally solve the problem - only 2 or more lifts would! The other minor annoyance is the fact that the wifi requires frequent 'sign-ins'. I would nonetheless still recommend this hotel!
