    I came here for the Camino Santiago. I walked 32k and get to this dirty hotel with rude girl checking me in. My room is a dirty box . The only window is frosted glass so I feel like I’m in prison. The bathtub is peeling. Just a terrible experience.

    Room was small and tired. It was cold and our heater didn’t work. Maintenance brought a very small portable heater. Breakfast was awful. Everything was cold yet they were set inside food warmers. No microwave to heat up anything. Staff wasn’t very friendly either.

    This hotel suited our needs perfectly. The room was very small, clean & basic so would not suit someone looking for luxury but if you’re looking for a basic budget option this is a good choice. Public underground parking is right beside the hotel & costs €12 for 24 hours.

    I was really impressed with the recent renovations at the Hotel, everything was really sleek and modern and clean, it really looked lovely, especially the lobby (love those trees that they used in the decor - so cool!). The room wasn't large, but it was very comfortable and clean. I really appreciated the lovely woman who checked me in, she was incredibly nice and friendly. There was a slight mishap of no hot water for a couple hours after I arrived, but it was just due to a power outage with the hot water tank and as soon as I and other guests let them know, they were able to turn it back on and get the hot water going. For the inconvenience they offered me a free breakfast, which was very kind. I was also happy that the wifi worked well (more rare than you would think in some of these cities in Spain) and the hotel was steps from the Camino so it was easy to navigate my way back to the trail the next day. Great value for the room rates, I was so happy to stay here after a couple of terrible nights in albergues and less modern hotels. Overall I had a great stay at the hotel and would gladly stay there again!

    One of those nice surprises when you found that hotel you're staying is so retro it is awesome!Hotel looked empty, with only one receptionist but she was helpful and friendly.Our room was spacious, it covered basic necessities for us, bed was comfortable!I could not stop saying how amazing this place was because I just love its 80s decor so much from the signage up until the stairs and carpet. Love x 10,000PS: perfect for artsy couple who dig retro vibe. Close to pharmacy, supermarket, atms and about 10 min walk to McDonaldsBit far from the Templar castle and most of the good restaurants.
