    There are pros and cons to this hotel. The location is excellent and the breakfast is generous. The staff friendliness was mixed. We stayed on the third floor in one of the ‘attic rooms’ though the max temp in the city that day was only 72, the room was blasting hot at 78. The air conditioning was not working so opening the skylights was the only option to cool the room. It took till 2-3 am for the temp to drop 2 degrees. Plus the noise from the street at night was bothersome with the skylights open. Don’t stay in the 3rd floor rooms and be sure the air conditioning is guaranteed to be on.

    The hotel is on a great location. The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned. The breakfast was very balanced. Daniela from the front desk took her time to give me a lot of information. She was warm, kind and professional

    Terrific hotel located in the heart of old town near the cathedral and Gaudi building. It’s Comfortable, charming, and has tons of amazing little touches which felt both authentic and modern at the same time. Stay here - you won’t be disappointed. Our only warning: If you have a car - pay for the parking underground garage in lieu of the free parking lot ‘nearby.’ The lot is close by foot, but I endured some white knuckled driving to reach it because the route wraps around the old town which prohibits most vehicle traffic. Lastly, make sure to find and enjoy the barrio humedo if you like to party. The so-called ‘wet’ neighborhood certainly deserves its name.

    Beautiful charming hotel

    Stayed for 3 nights visiting our daughter in Leon. This hotel is just off the Main Street and has comfortable beds and is very quiet. Wooden floors and ceiling beams with unique bathroom style makes this a very charming hotel. Bedrooms cleaned everyday. Very friendly and helpful staff.

    Weird, do change terms and conditions after booking

    Really weird, after booking the hotel on a normal internet you get a very, very long information (in spanish only!) about rules and additional term. e.g. the reception is not attended after 4pm at all. What?!?! Most travellers will arrive after tjis hour..... they expect you to find the key etc. yourselves and the requested secure place for the bicycle has to be searched as well. Furthermore, they send you un unpersonal sms with a link to perform the payment beforehand; never heared about web security???? For such a room price, I would expect a better service
