    Good hotel on the outskirts of León

    This hotel has a good value for the services. The staff is nice. If you have a car, the location is good (it's far to reach León's city centre walking though).The hotel has a good outdoor swimming pool (they have towels for the pool but have in mind they are 1 euro each. The room is as in the pictures, it has a good size (we missed a coffee machine though!).

    This hotel was really good with fabulous attentive staff. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, super bathroom and very clean. Outstanding breakfast and good cafe style dinner. Ten euros taxi ride into City. Good parking. Highly recommended

    How this operation could run as a 4 stars hotel puzzles me. It’s got a veneer of a legitimate hotel, but one quickly finds a bleak state of affairs. It reminds me of hotels in the old East European Countries, in Albania or Cuba.We stayed here in 2019 and decided to give it a second chance, on account of their pool, which is pretty much the only selling point of this place: nice, deep, reasonably enforced rules.But all the shortcomings we had noticed in 2019 were there, and then more. Room furniture is run down, tv set out of order, wifi nonexistent (to add insult to injury, they will tell you they’ve called technical support, which apparently failed to materialize in over 24 months since first time I have complained). Location is bad (close to an abandoned hotel and development lots); staff is just ok on a good day. Be especially wary of staff in the adjoining breakfast room: they’ve probably picked the job as an alternative option to actual time sentence.All in all, a good option if you’re looking for a nice pool and you are prepared to pay hotel rates for a truck-stop grade accommodation.

    The hotel is well placed for a visit to Leon english is spoken at the hotel the rooms are comfortable and clean. They claim to have Wifi but it is very poor it kept failing. They claimed it would be fixed whilst we were ther but no better. On leaving they explained that they had a problem with the wifi and it had been ike it since it was installed. The breakfast wad not worth the charge made.

    First the plus points. Plentiful free parking right outside the hotel. Nice, large, well-equipped en-suite bedrooms, very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great VFM.Downsides: long way from town centre although taxis always arrived at reception with 5-6 minutes. Very utilitarian bar used for evening meals. There is a restaurant 250m up the road by the garage but it's pretty limited. So we ate out most nights.We'd stay here again.
