Location

This classic hotel is superbly located in the historical heart of León within a few minutes walk of the centre with its many shops, bar and restaurants as well as the cathedral.

Facility

5 suites, 6 single rooms and 51 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. Complimentary newspapers are available. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator is also provided. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Bathrooms with wheelchair access can also be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms.

    Good location, secure parking, friendly staff however dated, tired rooms with very basic amenities. Bathroom & toilets below standard with some damage.     Lovely hotel in a convenient location

    A great location on the edge of the pedestrianised old town. The hotel itself has the most incredible 1930’s staircase. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room had a separate seating area which was great for reading and planning the days activities. Breakfast was ok - not as good as some of the other hotels we have stayed in on our tour across Northern Spain though. However it really shouldn’t put you off staying. My only little criticism is that the bathroom had some black mould on the grout and sealant. The place was really clean so that isn’t the issue- I just have a ‘thing’ about black mould in bathrooms.
