I and my wife are disabled when I was booking on booking .com I could not find any information for rooms for disabled acsess customers yet the Hotel advertises it is caters for the disabled and has accessible facilities.I could not even find an accessible Toilet. We were given a double room on floor 2 with shower over bath floor two being down 1 floor under looking the swimming pool, I felt like I was in a dungeon,I asked the receptionist a middle aged man if they had an accessible room as I had requested this in my booking details I was told I have got what I booked but he did not answer my question until I pressed him for an answer. NO we dont have any rooms with walk in showers or accessible rooms. God knows if I had a wheelchair to go with my assistance Dog I must say he was extremely unhelpful and quite miserable person to be polite.I even had to ask them to move a barrier that they had placed on the disabled bay saying that it isn't used it was like trying to extract teeth from a crocodile without getting bitten to get someone to assist me and my wife. The Hotel is very dated and tired looking however the place exudes Spanish old style character with lots of historical furniture books and pictures.Did not try the resteraunt as they had a banquet going on and we just went to bed.Morning came and we went for breakfast only to be pushed into the bar with my assistance dog while everyone else used a resteraunt off the bar area Breakfast was OK but nothing special to write home about but after a little persuasion I was eventually allowed to use the resteraunt with my registered assistance dog once the member of staff was shown his identity card and a Spanish couple told the waitress that she was breaking the law by refusing our assitance dog to come in we were put in a corner but this suited us anyway as it was non smoking and out of the way of other guestsI complained at reception with a female staff member who apologised for the way we had been left feeling She told me they do have accessible rooms but I didn't see anything to boost my confidence I would therefore not recomend this hotel for disabled guests that would have difficulty in using a toilet without grab rails or other aids or can't manage to get into a bath to take a shower Overall we did not have a good experience and I would not stay here again Sorry

We spent 3 nights in a room with no windows, no air, like being in s cave ,we paid €365 in advance as we arrived ,it was a waste of money ,they only offer water the first day .The restaurant Tramnastasi is full of miserable waiters imcapable of showing a smile ,it was warm but they said they dont serve outside and it was hot inside .I wouldnt recommend it at all

Upon arriving to the hotel you can immediately tell it is out dated, there is a funny smell in the hotel reception, but other than that checking in was okay. We wasn’t provided much information about the hotel and amenities, meaning we missed the restaurant and all of the second floor… That did however mean we discovered a FANTASTIC restaurant down the road next to McDonald’s called Ribs. The rooms seem to have been updated fairly recently (last 5 years), you do get a pack of crisp, two chocolates, two waters, and coffee amenities. The worst part about this hotel is that at certain times of the day it STINKS awful, it can only be described as sewer water! We tried to complain to reception but we were dismissed. The first excuse was plumbing issues, but it became apparent this was a daily occurrence. The pool isn’t open until late May, and the spa is at additional cost, we did not use the gym or any other facilities. Breakfast isn’t great, but it’s the only local breakfast banquet as McDonalds doesn’t have a wide selection. Room service seems to be every other day, to our surprise our room was left open one day, with the lock engaged so the door couldn’t close. I wouldn’t stop at this hotel again, but it did however serve its purpose at a budget friendly cost.

Lots of screaming and banging doors until late at night. Slept well in spite of everything. Extremely friendly reception staff. Fantastic breakfast. Easy to park the car. Good restaurant next door and a couple of fast food places across the road. On a very busy road with lots of traffic. Plus there is something strange about the decoration of this hotel, I couldn't quite figure it out (there is even a plastic elephant at the entrance).

Best room ever

Although its location is a little off city, we´ve got an amazing room: giant, with a huge bathroom as well. The hotel itself looks kinda labyrinthic, because it has a spa and a ballroom all together. But the staff is efficient and nice. Free parking at the rear.
