  The hotel is located in a monastery building, similar to a castle. The rooms are large, our room had a shower and a bath. There is a pool with cold water. The location is convenient. The recommendations given at the hotel for wineries and a canyon tour are very correct. It was not enough that the cafe was open, and the restaurant was closed on Sunday, when many restaurants nearby are closed. The breakfast selection is varied and everything is delicious.   No just an stay, it was an experience, and an incredible one

  Just wow! What an incredible experience. The place itself was just gorgeous, spotless, rooms spacious and decorated just so beautifuly. But the staff was just another thing! What a incredible treat they offer, they were very kind, pleasant, helpful and made us feel even better than in our own home. We have a baby so just felt so greatful to find such a beautiful combination of a great place and a great service. Extra point the spa! Amazing amenities, clean, worm, beautiful, and we got to use it just for ourselves. Also again, staff was so kind and very helpful and understanding with the baby. We will be back for sure. Very worthing and 100% recommended.

  The place were the word No does not exist

  Difficult to find a place were Yes is always the answer but this is the case of Aurea Palace de Sober. The staff is willing to address all your needs with an exceptional customer orientation, Almudena, Isabel, Raquel and Miguel are outstanding and make you feel special. The building is beautiful and the gardens impressive well designed and maintained. The food very delicate and delicious. A wonderful experience if you want to relax in a friendly atmosphere. No doubt a place to come back again and again. Just few words to recognize Miguel as the gold standard of service and guest satisfaction, keep the good work.

  Great hotel - unfortunately with poor quality in restaurant

  Very nice hotel in a historic palace, surrounded by a beautiful park. You can feel like a Spanish nobleman for a few days. The staff is very friendly. Only downside is the food in the restaurant, which was of low quality. But with the Restaurant Berso in the village of Sober you have a great alternative - unfortunately it is only open on Friday and Saturday nights though.

  Amazing Hotel and Staff

  We stayed for 3 nights and can’t wait to go back. The facilities and location are great as well as the food but what set them apart from any other hotel and Paradores is the staff. Sarita, Sara, and Sara (yes 3 amazing Saras) as well as Andrea and Miriam. They make you feel at home like one of the family. We had dinner one night at the hotel and hats off to Diego for a fantastic dinner. We will definitely be back next year.
