    Extended stay

    rating29 Sept 2026

Myself & my husband stayed here a couple of weeks ago with a group walking the camino. We were to stay for 3 nights but unfortunately my husband spent 5 nights in hospital while we were there, the group moved on & I had to extend my stay in Lugo. The hotel staff looked after me very well, each one I met was friendly yet professional & a particular mention must go to Juan Carlos who really looked after me around extending my stay there. The bar & lobby area are welcoming & the food is very good. Thank you for your hospitality, I would definetly recommend this hotel. It's also very central.

No Stay, No Breakfast—Still Got Billed

    rating10 Aug 2025

I had to cancel my reservation due to a family emergency. I called the hotel to inform them fully aware that the fare was non-refundable given the short notice. I did not request a refund. To my surprise I was charged for breakfast. More to my surprise, upon contacting the hotel they send me the cancellation policy as if I hadn’t understood it. In my opinion this is truly humiliating. I was asking for the charge of breakfast not for anything more.Since I made the effort to notify my absence by respect and courtesy, I expected yo be treated in the same way. Evidently, this was not true.

Great place to stay in Lugo

    rating26 Mar 2025

Probably the best hotel in Lugo. Very centrally located. Big room, nice comfortable bed and pillows, a large bathroom, and a minibar. No coffee/tea maker/ kettle in the room. Limited dining options- apart from the breakfast buffet, there is only a bar cum restaurant with a very sparse menu, though the food and service were both good. The breakfast buffet was also quite good. The staff were very attentive and pleasant
