    Stayed here for three nights as part of a tour holiday with Newmarket travel. Lovely hotel in the middle of Vilalba, a central, good location. Great bar and decent restaurant. Breakfast was good. We ate dinner one night in the parador but then chose to eat out in town for the other two nights. On arrival, there was a major problem with our room which meant we couldn't stay there. The problem was sorted out immediately and we were given a replacement, different room. Staff were efficient. Do visit the tower, it's incredible.     Stayed here for 5 nights as part of a large group of pensioners doing the Camino. Central location in Vilalba. No problems with the room. Food was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.     This parador was especially gratifying to me and my partner. We were quite pleased with the food there served . Prices are similar to other restaurants across the Lugo province. But, in our experience, its quality is superior. Therefore, highly recommendable for lunch or dinner. The tower is also a remarkable part of it. As for the rest of the features of this parador, everything was fine although not exceptional, with ample rooms, good service, exemplary cleanness, etc. We would have appreciate some extra activities, like a guided visit to the tower, or some other cultural attraction.
