  Scammers, no one with front mail or calls I had to go to another hotel, go stole....read the QR code and follow the instructions and nothing does not give you any ruin code, the cheap goes expensive I lost more than three hours there with another boy in the same conditions neither of us could enter each door was a crypt to open the with how easy it is after you are charged to send a code without more for you personal without so many blunt but there is this business charge I know that generates expenses all profits...   I paid for a hotel in Madrid that was self-check-in in January and when I arrived there in March I could not access the A&Z group hotel because they did not send me the code to enter, even though I tried without success to contact them in advance . They don't respond to email or phone. Since I hired it through eDreams, I contacted them and THEY DIDN'T SOLVE ANYTHING FOR ME. The agents I spoke with told me that they would call me in half an hour with a solution and NOTHING AT ALL. I had to urgently book another hotel for that same day, and eDreams has neither refunded me for their mistake nor given me any solution. TERRIBLE SERVICE.   A “hotel” managed remotely without reception, without help from any of the Staff, a complex and tedious check in, a “doubtful” check out (if you don't press the check out option on your mobile, they charge you 30 euros) and in They don't even inform you about this modality, they "force" you to sign a contract before entering and they ask for a credit card, all at the time of checking in (which you must do alone and it is complicated)You don't count on them at all, they disconnect the phone and they don't give you a solution to your problem via chat.DO NOT GO to this terrible hotel!!!   A convenient place to sleep, not a place to make memories

  I stayed here specifically for easy access to the airport via the metro. It worked well in that regard. I was nervous about the fully-automated and unsupervised nature of the hotel, but it worked out. I kept my charged phone with me at all times to avoid getting locked out. There was no way to control the heat except through a small plug-in heater that didn't seem to put out much heat, but I stayed warm enough. Overall, it was clean except for the top blanket on the bed which was noticeably dirty. The price was decent but not amazing.
