Location

This hotel lies in the cosmopolitan area of Arganda del Ray, just 2 km from the resort centre. Bars, shops and restaurants as well as links to the transport network are situated in the near vicinity and it is 22 km to Madrid.

40 single rooms and 44 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Depending of the rate, it might be a decent option to visit Parque Warner

    We stayed at this hotel following a fun day at Parque Warner, which was the main reason for our trip. The hotel is located outside of Madrid, in what seems to be an industrial area—not the most scenic, but it served its purpose.If you're planning to explore Madrid itself, it doesn’t seem like the most convenient spot for visiting it. We did notice a metro station near, which could be convenient for some, but since we didn’t use it, we can’t really comment on how practical it is.One definite plus: free parking! The room was spacious and comfortable. Also, there are a few supermarkets just a short walk away.Unfortunatelly our rate didn't include the breakfast.Overall, depending of the rate, it might be a decent option if you’re visiting Parque Warner or passing through with a car, but maybe not ideal for a full Madrid city experience.

    Modern looking hotel with good reception area,located conveniently for breaking journey to ports from southern Spain. Room and bed clean, had bath not showerProblem , how can a 4 star hotel not have a restaurant or a bar.There is a nice restaurant next door but under separate management, closed after lunch service on Sunday. Located in an industrial area with nothing near by for food or drink. A disastrous stay

    This hotel was a great place for a stop for a night and allows pets. They were able to accommidate a need for an early check-in, which was another plus. My room was clean and adequately stocked. Parking was plentiful as well. The breakfast was good as well.     Charged 30 euros extra for my family Dog to stay one night.

    On arrival, reception staff friendly. The rooms and hotel were spotless. Unfortunately the hotel charged us 30 euros extra for our small Dog for one night. Not allowed to leave our Dog in room while we went to the restaurant to eat. Asked in the restaurant if we could eat outside on the terrace but told no food on terrace as now out of season. So we had no Dinner or Breakfast at the Hotel. Unfortunately it’s not suitable for someone with a family Dog.     Good location for an industrial area with a few good restaurants around. The staff is very nice, the rooms are properly clean with a comfortable bed, the parking is generous, the restaurant is ok. The breakfast however could be much improved especially if you stay for a longer period.
