  Excellent location but facilities are very old.

  Location is excellent and hosts are very reactive but if you want comfort, quiet environment, find other alternatives. During weekend it can be noisy as there's a bar downstairs and windows are not sound proofed. We had shared bathroom. I love it for it's location as it is very convenient.

  Worst place for vacation.

  Reviewing this place is according to what we have been truly experienced, an honest review and no more no less on staying for 3 nights.If you want to ruin your vacation this is the best place to stay. Here is why.- the dirt on the floor which is on the picture was there from the night we got in there until the end of our stay.- the bed we had was the worst. It was making noise a lot. I called, wrote a message and reported it, they didn’t do anything.- shower is very slippery, shower heads are very dirty.- customer service is the worst.- failed digital door. We woken the guess next to our room because the door was like clogged we cannot open it.- you can hear what the next room is talking about. There is no sound proofing of the rooms. You can even hear if someone is walking outside your door.- cleanliness of the building as well is a failure. It smells like molded.What pictures can be seen in trip advisor, booking.com or any travel websites is somehow not really it seems to be.

  Abracadabra. A new experience

  Good friendly communications after booking, was a bit apprehensive after booking realising you had to download an app which would be the access keys to the building and apartment. In the event, this was smoother than I thought. Just make sure you have sufficient power Bank charge during the time you are outside the building.The room itself was spacious, just what I had ordered with a double bed, table chairs sofa bed, good amount of plugs, television (couldn’t find BBC World or whatever the equivalent is these days) so didn’t use. Bathroom clean, tidy, reasonable size. Nice wardrobe with sufficient bedding and towels if there were more guests. Only thing what was missing was a kettle which could have been handy.Supermarket Dia nearby. The Sol Metro and Renfe was about 1 mile away or 1.6km.Thank you to the hosts.

  Very annoying experience

  This was one of the most annoying check in processes in any place I stayed , the lock wouldn't work and then my key got deactivated as soon as I connected to wifi. The reception is In a different building 12 minute walk away, and can only be reached by phone which I obviously cannot do while traveling from Canada. They do not answer emails, I sent them multiple emails asking questions and one was answered. You also can't pay directly through booking.com it will say your card is declined and they will send you a link, that link did not work and I had to walk to the reception. The shower door was broken and there was water all over the bathroom floor, no access to fridge. But the rooms are spacious I'll give then that much.

  Worst ever accommodation experience

  Never stay at this place. EVER! They offer no service or out of hours contact. I returned to my room after a pleasant evening and after leaving the room to go to the shower, the lock broke on the door so I was unable to get into my room. I was unable to access my phone and I was just lucky some other guests were able to assist in making calls to Abracadabra Suites that went unanswered. The door had to be forced to gain entry otherwise I would have been sleeping in the corridor with only a pair of shorts and a towel. The response the next morning after 11am was pitiful - not so much as an apology. All this not withstanding the squeaky doors (it appears most of them) so you hear when everyone gets up to go to the toilet/bathroom, walls are so thin I heard the person in the next room snoring and oh, by the way, there appears to be a nightclub in the basement/adjacent building that on my first night played doof-doof music until between 2&3 in the morning. I’ve travelled a great deal during my life and this is, without a doubt, the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
