A great place to stay if you don’t need to be in the center

The property is very nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. I had a major issue during my stay, but the management handled it professionally to make sure it is resolved. This kind of care and responsibility is greatly appreciated.

    Good Business Hotel

    rating27 Jan 2026

This is a good business hotel and particularly handy if visiting the adjacent business parks. The rooms are a good size and surprisingly quiet given the location of the hotel. All the staff were very good. We arrived early on a public holiday with most things closed. When looking to go out for lunch, the front of house staff were able to recommend where we could go for nearby restaurants which was very helpful.

Not recommend hotel. There are many better options in Madrid

    rating20 Dec 2025

Frist time I see in Spain such a rude staff. At the reception during checkin. They say almost two words price. They wrote the room number and even did not tell me the number. They didn't even both themselves to let me know where are the elevator. The room does not even have a tea or coffee even with a cost! What a hospitality on four stars hotel!!Whenever you go out or back. Out of decency you say Hola to the hotel receptionist who looks you on the eye and they never reply! During breakfast they have no coffee. The staff is also so rude . Coffee machine is down. They bring some coffee evey sometime and you would be lucky to get one. Whenever you ask them for something you see how unhappy they are . The only thing that was Ok housekeeping. I went in several other hotels in Madrid even three stars and I had much better experience. Lots of minus

    rating09 Nov 2025

Plus: new hotel, nice rooms, good breakfast and a few choices for dinner. Smiling and efficient service. Airport at 10 minutes by taxi.Minus: location (far away from any public transport, whether metro or bus), the only way to go out is a taxi. They claim to be at walking distance from IFEMA, but 33 minutes in Google maps is too far away. Only highways around (M40) no shops, no cafés, no restaurants. Unless you're ok in spending money for taxi rides, choose another hotel. From a 4 star hotel I would have expected a kettle or a coffee machine in the room, a box with paper tissues and a small desk (only a small round table available). If you plan to take a nap during the day, ask for a room not facing the highway; no problem at night as the traffic is minimal then. All in all not a bad experience, but the location and the absence of any shop or restaurant around was a serious problem for me. Marta Perez, Other at Ac Hotel Madrid Feria, responded to this review Dear Giopix, Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. Your experience is below our standard.Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and I sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations. I have shared your feedback with the entire Hotel leadership team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place and reviewed to prevent it from occurring in the future.I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.Sincerely,MARTA PEREZreception.madridferia@achmhotels.com
