    The hotel was disappointing. The hallways were dark and creepy all the time. The elevator made loud noises and seemed like it was about to break down. The rooms were really small and uncomfortable. There was only one receptionist, so you had to do most things on your own. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want a comfortable and relaxing experience.

    Stunningly beautiful hotel right on the river in San Sebastian. The entrance hall is palatial. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and it was huge! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent - it makes this hotel a perfect place to explore this gorgeous city.

    Terrible experience at this hotel, basically it is a "do it all by yourself hotel". My girlfriend arrived yesterday night, 31st of December, from a long trip and loaded with 3 heavy suitcases. Around 10pm there was only one receptionist on duty, a bit high on alcohol, no clerk nor any carriage to transport the luggage, no food or room service. Next morning same story, nobody to help, no breakfast served at 7:30 am, or any hep received or offered with the luggage. Honestly, I usually had good experiences at Marriott hotels, a prestigious worldwide well known brand, but in the Madrid´s San Sebastian de los Reyes branch, service and assistance for guests is an extra nowhere to be found. Please avoid this hotel, any other nearby should be a better option.

    Having travelled for 5 hours to this airport hotel, I anticipated a relaxing evening meal with drinks for me and my 2 children…We were told that as we were travelling out of season(?) there were no amenities open and that our options were to walk down a dangerous dual carriageway without a footpath to a shopping mall 15 minutes away. For this, I paid 370€ being 2 nights in a cramped room and 10 nights for my car (15€ per night)…I won’t be returning to this hotel or indeed to Marriot Bonvoy who pester me with emails to entice me to stay with them as a preferred customer. Poor all round!

    The hotel is across a shopping mall in the far northern suburbs of Madrid. We had a car so this was not a problem. The hotel is just overpriced for what it offers and it’s location. The rooms are a bit dated and customer service is non existent. We parked the car in front and avoided the hefty parking fee. The view from our room was terrible: a car mechanic’s shop. Breakfast was expensive and not justified for the price of close to 20 euros. We used points for this property but wouldn’t stay here again, there are many other options in the area.
