This luxurious conference hotel is located in the tourist centre of Torrejón de Ardoz. Links to the public transport network can be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity. The airport and Alcalá de Henares can be reached within 10 minutes. Various shopping venues, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are located within 1 km of the hotel.

Facility

    Great staff, disappointing breakfast

    The Aida Hotel is nice, and the front desk team was one of the highlights — very attentive and eager to help. However, the breakfast was bland and underwhelming. I asked if I could get a custom omelette, and the response was a blunt no, with little courtesy. Considering the price we paid, I expected better. That’s why I’m not giving a higher rating.

    We stayed for 3 nights mid July using a special tariff, which included breakfast and parking. Whilst our room decor was dated and in places very worn, it was comfortable and everything we needed, especially given the price we paid. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. The only gripe, which I had read in other reviews, is the very poorly designed shower. The taps are in the middle of the bath tub however the shower head is at one end of the tub. The cable is very long so be careful not to stand on it. The bracket for the shower head does not move or adjust so to use it, you have to (very forcibly) take the head down and hold over you while you shower. This for me defeated the purpose of the shower bracket. The shower did however work just fine. Breakfast was good including cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and a small selection of hot food. Within walking distance is Lidl and Dia plus a few small restaurants/cafes. Directly over the road is McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC and Burger King. Fast food heaven to some!Whether as a stop over or for a few nights, Hotel Aida is a good choice.     It was clean and close to the center of my former pueblo which has become a town in the past 30 years. I found it strange that they share the housekeeping staff with another hotel nearby. Nothing was noteworthy.     i stayed one night with my wife and hotel seems OK room is not very big but overall it was nice and clean but we asked for 1 bed for 2 but they have joined 2 seperate beds together otherwise my stay was fine.WIFI was very good and nice connection and front desk staff was helpful.we were supposed to dine in the hotel but we found out that dinner is served at a location outside the hotel.     This hotel was chosen to spend an overnight after a late flight. The room and bathroom were clean and serviceable. The quality of the breakfast is mediocre. The coffee cups are too small to receive the coffee from the coffee machine so that a mess is created for every cup of coffee.
