The rooms are good, the breakfast is a disaster.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and markets. The rooms are decent, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, the breakfast is a disaster — none of the food is served hot. It would honestly be better if they didn’t offer breakfast at all.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from Airport. Not very clean. Breakfast is nominal with not many options for vegetarians. Wifi is poor. A supermarket is available in walkable distance. Room rates are affordable. Buses are available to Madrid downtown

The hotel is 25 min from Madrid. Affordable . A mall within walkable distance. Wifi very poor. Not very clean. Not many options for vegetarians. Bus stop closeby to visit downtown Madrid. Breakfast is nominal.

I was in a big group traveling around Spain recently and this was by far the worst quality hotel we stayed at. The dinner was basic and breakfast was uneatable. Besides plastic wrapped croissants, we needed to substitute milk for coffee creamer to accompany the cereal. The rooms were adequate, but it was hard to sleep with the children running around screaming until the late hours of the night. Finally, the wifi worked but every time you wanted to use if after putting your phone down you needed to re sign in with the username and password. Not a terrible hotel at all, but a little disappointing compared to others.

stayed one night in march 2018easy to get to , near the main alcala exit so easy to get in and out ofright next to the commercial center with auchan and other shops easy free parkingabout 20 min from madrid inner ring road and 10 min from mad airportgood rooms good bedquietgood front office staffdecent breakfast ( extra ) with no gluten bread on requestprice is low compared to other madrid hotels would stay again
