  Not as advertised

  Visited for 4 nights last week and I was quite disappointed to be honest. Upon my arrival the A/C was not working. Apparenty it was set on heat for the whole hotel and I could not turned it on the cool function. I had to sleep in 35C for 2 nights until it was fixed on the 3rd day and after numerous questions about it. So 2 nights sleep was ruined already. On the second day of my stay they told me that the pool would open and I would be able to enjoy sitting by it and using it however when I kept asking day after day they said there are some issues and it will open next week most likely so advertising a pool and not having a functional one is very disappointing. End of May where the season has already started. Very late and not communicated properly with the guest. I decided to try the breakfast one of the mornings and again very disappointing. Plain and tasteless. The customer service was good most of the times and it was not the staff's fault that all the above happened so I am not blaming them. Its the management that needs to improve.   A week in Athens

  Spent a week in this lovely, friendly hotel in northern Athens. My colleague and I each had an individual suite, which were lovely spacious rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff with a homely atmosphere. When we bought fresh oranges on an excursion a jug of freshly squeezed orange juice appeared on the table next morning. On a previous visit last summer a poolside bar was lovely for a pre dinner drink.   Very bad hotel

  Very bad hotel the owner are very horrible they speak with tourists like they are head master in school and the tourist seams like kids… the room look like old furniture and they closed the sauna didn’t work each time we ask to used they give us a different reason also and the swimming pool closed early, the jacuzzi are very bad we have been change our room three times because of the jacuzzi didn’t work … we stay at suite with jacuzzi and we could not use it … and i when i was tanning i talk with the bartender because she is very friendly , suddenly the owner shouted on us speaking Greece language he shouted GO WITH TAXI and to much shouted and i didn’t understand anything,,, this is the worst hotel, it’s just a MOTEL . giorgos Parisis, Other at Anastazia Luxury Suites & Rooms, responded to this review Dear Sir or Madam,We would like to thank you for the time you have spent in order to write a review about our hotel. We are more than sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your accommodation to our hotel.Firstly, regarding your comments about the room that it has 'old' furniture, we would like to say that each of our suites has a diferrent classic decoration with antique furniture, which may seem old to you, but they are very expensive. Also, the Spa is open daily from 09.00am until 21.00pm and the pool hours are from 11.00am until 19.00pm every day. It is highly unlikely to access the facilities at 12.00am, as you requested, according to the general hotel rules.You booked a suite with jacuzzi to our hotel just for a night and you extended your stay for 6 more nights, because, as you said, you really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the hotel facilities in general, which makes us wonder why you extended your stay for so long in case you had a really bad experience to our hotel. Furthermore, the other guests were constantly complaining about you, because:1. You shouted all the time at public spaces and outside the other guests' rooms2. You were playing music loudly at nights, when the other guests were sleepingFinally, you requested a suite with pool view, so that is the reason why you changed rooms, as we were trying to fulfill your wishes. Despite the fact that you destroyed a suite's jacuzzi, we were more than welcoming to you and always at your service.Best regards,Hotel Manager

  Me and some colleges visited this Hotel during our business trip.   My one night stay.

  My mother and i needed a place to stay for the night before we got on the road to Athens the next day. We knew the area so we felt comfortable staying here. The staff was nice no issue their but the Hotel was weird i would not stay again due to the fact that it felt more like a place were naughty things happen, the layout of the rooms and the lighting was like that of a strip club. Weird place for sure. I love the town though and they had some nice food places to eat within walking distance other than that i will find other accommodations next time. In order not to mislead our hotel let us clarify some things. What about the lightening of the rooms? All the rooms except from the basic room lightnening it has also 2 wall mounted lamps one to the right and one to the left of the bed. In addition there is a floor lamp in case somebody needs to use it. Finally a big line with white led illumination is on the mirror just in front of the bed! Inside the rooms except from the bed there is a working desk because all our business customers need to work and they find it enough usefull!could you please more spesific about the "weird" layout?Thank you for staying with us we wish you the best.
