The apartment hotel has 16 suites, 57 apartments and 106 studios, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Rooms

    Basic and old but convenient for families

    This hotel is a good option for families, as it offers rooms with multiple beds, which is very convenient. Its location is also outstanding and makes it easy to get around.However, the rooms feel quite outdated and very basic—more like a 2-star standard in my opinion. The bathroom amenities are of low quality, and the decor is old-fashioned and in need of an upgrade.The lobby is the most modern part of the hotel, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated.That said, the hotel is in urgent need of a full renovation. Overall, it feels overpriced for what it offers—very basic and dated—but its excellent location and apartment-style setup can still make it a practical choice for families.

    This place is fabulous for a stay with a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children. There was a separate room with a queen bed and tv, and then the main room had two twin beds for the kids. The room had a private bathroom, basic toiletries, and nice shower. The room also had a mini kitchen. There is a carrefour market nearby to buy snacks and water. If you buy water, buy big bottles, they are cheaper than small ones. Also consider that tap water is drinkable, so you can just fill outva bottle in your room. Overall, an excellent location and an excellent stay.

    Couldn’t fault the place.Rooms are large with comfortable beds.Large bathroomSafe in room.Tv has Netflix an YouTube plus plenty of local channels.Great location for exploring the city centre and Retiro park.Good Irish bar not far away for sports.

    The apartments need an update as soon as they can, every thing is torn down, broken, old. See pictures.The elevators are the worse, but there are other things easy to fix.

    Our Madrid Home for 5 Nights

    My sister and I stayed for 5 nights in thishotel. We were very pleased with our room, which included a kitchenette- cooktop, microwave, small refrigerator. The location was excellent- a nice walk to Prado, easy access to Metro and Renfe lines. The personnel were all excellent, from the reception staff to the housekeepers. We would definitely stay here again.The only negative is that there is robust nightlife in the neighborhood- so a bit noisy. With earbuds and music or a podcast, this was not a major problem.
