  Not what is advertised, Property pictures/description not correct

  Location was good, however very noisy street. Be warned the premise is not what is described and property pictures not correct as to layout and furniture with apartment. Apartment very small, bed was uncomfortable and it just fitted in bedroom. Air conditioner did not work properly which others have also noted and bathroom very small. Would help if instructions to appliances were available especially the hot plates. Overall apartment was not that was described. Whilst others have rated different all I can say easily pleased.

  €30 for having a late flight

  This apartment was just ok, had everything you needed, was clean, location was good, but we had a late flight so someone had to meet us with the keys this cost us €30 extra. This apartment is not maned so if you had a problem then you had to ring someone. This is why I'm only giving 3 stars, €30 is a bit much to pay.

  Just an average apartment (or even more close to poor)..

  Very good location of the apartment, since it is mainly in the of the city. Moreover, metro station is nearby, thus also makes exploring easier. Facilities all in place and work well. Good Wi-Fi. Also cleaning was decently provided. Friendly “runner”. Disadvantages:The apartment was really small, everywhere was the issue with proper space, even only for two persons. Especially small were the bedroom and the bathroom – there (if you even a slim person) you have to show your best acrobatic abilities in order to fit there. Hot water was also limited. Quite noisy at the nice, since there are couple of loud bars just around side. Bed (in spite of the fact that only the bed fits well in the bedroom) was too small for two adults. Moreover, the apartment provides very difficult key receiving procedure, i. e. you have indicate the precise time (15h00 or similar) and be at the place exactly on time, since they wait for you only 15 min. and then you’ll have to wait until the next available timeslot (which depend on the “runners” timetable), thus to get yourself from the airport thought unknown and quite big city is pretty difficult.

  Some hot water please??????Maximum time to have a shower 5 minutes!The bedroom really cold. The air conditioner really really bad and when we needed some new and clean towels we couldn't find them to ask.Also you have to be there at the exactly time you have told them otherwise they charge you extra 30€ if the time passes 10pm. We arrived at the airport at 8:30 pm so we had been in a rush to arrive on time.The location is great but you should choose a different apartment.

  the most terrible apartment i have ever been at!!!!!

  hot watter at the shower only for 10 minets!!! the next shower can be more then a hour later !!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cold them for the first day, becaus i thought it notsupposed to be like it. they told me maybe it because i just arrived. at the next day it was the same so i cold them, and thay say it may be broken, and they will chack it tomorrow at the morning. the next day was the same!!!! i cold them again, and this time they told me that ther is no problem with de watter, and this is haw it is!!! i wanded to talk with the manager, but they refused to, and say she will call me tomorrow!! at my last day!!!!if you like to have a decent shower, make yourself a faver, and don't go ther!!!
