    Whilst the hotel is clean it feels like some weird private hospital from 1989. The rooms are tired and very basic. The staff are great, but it’s just a bit crappy. Find somewhere else, it just feels tired and unloved, which is a shame as there are good people working here. Oh and the bar never opens, so why have it.

    This is an ideal hotel for travellers passing through the outskirts of Madrid who want to visit the city. It's situated in a huge shopping complex, with ample free parking. To get to Atocha is around a 10 minute walk to the Renfe station, then 12 minutes on a local train, making Madrid easily accessible. It's around a 20 minute drive to Barajas airport. Rooms were spotlessly clean, although some of the furniture could do with an update. It was also very quiet. It's certainly worth paying slightly extra for a balcony, as rooms on the opposite side have frosted glass and therefore no natural light.     Good base for visiting Madrid

    Visited Madrid enroute to Bilbao with car, and found hotel situated within large shopping complex perfect for our 2 night stay. Close to motorways, and good rail link to city centre (10 min walk to Zaraquameda station + 6 stops on train to Attocha 3.70euro return. Plenty of shops and restaurants to see/use after sightseeing in central Madrid. Large double room with seating area as well as very comfortable large bed. Choice of sleeping pillows added bonus. Fridge with small free mini bar -water & soft drinks. Bathroom large, clean and well maintained. No natural light, but didn't see this as a negative.     Lots of facilities in the mall

    Very nice hotel and Madrid is easy to reach by public transport. Restaurants and lots of shops because it's in a shopping center. It's a four star hotel, but it needs maintenance and updated furniture to get the four star feeling back again. Breakfast is okay, but same what you get in a 2 or 3 star hotel. There's no furniture on the balcony. Friendly staff and comfortable bed, large bathroom. We had a pleasant stay.     Free parking area. very big shopiing mall.I stay about 01/03/2017 to 18/03/2017 for my business. I really like that hotel. I never bored bacause there is a really big shopping center near hotel and lots of fast-food and other restaurant here.
