  Hostle management is a bunch of frausters. Booked a Comfort Triple room for my friends from 2 till 7 Dec 2024. when they reached hotel. Reception told them that there is no triple room available. Asked the guests to cancel the booking through the platform where it was booked; promising them full refund.Therefore, we cancelled it as instructed but hotel is not responding to the third party who did the booking since then and did not refund the booking.

  Nice small room away from center of town.

  Friendly staff, some have limited English. No elevator or restaurant, yes vending machines. The closest restaurant is three blocks away, opens at 8:00 PM.You need a car or to ride the bus. The bus system here is very good. Buses are economical, bus stops have digital sineage Inforing you of arrival of the next bus.A good buy for your money but you are isolated.

  I've reserved a triple no smoking room and received a triple smoking room.The condition of the room was horible, beds where filty, bathroom was from a horror movie and after asking for a clean room, they said that room was clean and they can not offer another one so we had to look for another hotel but got charge for one night by the hotel owner!Stay away from them!

  Turned up a couple of hours after check in and room was not ready. When we ended up in the room realized that it was a double not twin singles and was told they had no other rooms until the next day. The staff did try and accommodate us the best they could even showing us around the city, which is also a good 30min from this hotel. While unfornate in some regards was still an ok experience in the end.

  I'm just back. Really angry because of the misbehavior of the hotel. Making my reservation, I clicked on the wrong link (this hotel and not the one I really wanted). Five minutes later I called the hotel apologizing for my mistake and kindly asking to cancel my reservation. I explained very kindly the problem: it was an error, I had to give a concert in a place very far from them (the hotel is OUT of Madrid and this is not clear in their presentation!!), they refuse very rude to let me speak with the director, telling me they had already charged on my credit card ALL the amount of three nights! There was no way to change this, no exception even if I tried it various times and always kindly. So, I had to stay there: it is very far from the city, very uncomfortable, and the staff quite rude. They don't speak English at all, and the rooms are quite far from the photos they putted online. Breakfast expensive and poor (in my opinion some of the foods were recooked from the day before...). Wifi connection is not always working and when you call for someone at the reception often there is nobody. Totally unhappy stay and bad behaviour.
