Really enjoyed my stay in Hyatt Centric Grand Via. Beautiful hotel, right on Gran Via in the heart of it all. Comfortable room (although a little noisy since it was next to a hotel service closet, which was used all day). Great breakfast buffet (order from menu) and friendly staff. I recently stayed in the Hyatt Centric Hotel Madrid, which I would highly recommend. In particular I want to congratulate a lovely gentleman who served us in Hielo y Carbón a lovely restaurant , by the name of Self hopefully I have the spelling of his name correct,He made our experience there great, shout out to Selp. A fantastic employee as were all the staff in this Hotel.

Hyatt Centric was located in the heart of the city. Easy to get to, friendly and professional staff. Amazing Service, Great Location, Highly Recommended!

Location - right smack in the middle of Madrid city center. Shops left and right, El Corte Ingles a 5-min walk, grocery in the basement, small shops further down the road, and before you know it you are already in Sol. Hotel is also across the Gran Via stop for the Big Bus Tour (early am tour start) and will stop infront of the hotel on the way back. Convenient and safe location. Check-in - quick and easy, seamless and received an upgrade (as my reservation included the upgrade when available)Room - room is good size with complete amenities. Modern interiors, parquet flooring which i prefer over carpeted flooing. The bathroom was clean and well lit it didnt feel icky walking on the bathroom with my bare feet. Bottled water provided in the room. Service - HIGHLY COMMENDABLE. I received welcome drinks with chips and olives in my room. MARIO (Concierge) was exceptionally helpful and responded to all my queries and requests eagerly. His recommendations adjust according to your considerations so you end up being more efficient in terms of time, effort, or money, whichever rank higher in your priorites 😁Food - dinner at the rooftop bar, amazing view, good range of food and drink choices, very nice place to relax and unwind after a full day ofIn my experience over the years, PEOPLE make a huge difference whenever i stay in a hotel.
