Location

The hotel is strategically located 5 minutes from IFEMA Exhibition Centre, the Congress Palace and Juan Carlos I Auditorium. Plenilunio shopping centre is within 5 min walking distance. The bus station and access to public transport are also with walking distance. Madrid - Barajas Airport is just 5 min from the hotel and the city centre is 15 minutes' drive away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 26 junior suites and 191 double rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee).     Fantastic hotel

    This hotel was great. We could not find last minute accommodations but this hotel had space thanks to god. Everyone was kind and helpful, from the front desk to the bar staff. The room was large and comfortable. A great value for the price! This hotel is in a quiet area close to a mall and grocery store. There is a good gym on the premesis as well.

    Very Disappointing and Over-Priced

    Absolutely awful service at this hotel. I had a broken fridge and security box in my room. Requested a couple of wine glasses and were abrubtly told to get them from the bar; on asking the barman he offered paper cups and only provided the glasses after being forced to make a purchase. A gin and tonic was Euro 14.50! Tried the restaurant as there is very little in this industrial area on Madrid and the food was appalling. Fish was overcooked and served with frozen spinach; no flavour for Euro 24.00! Wifi would not work properly with Apple devices making it very difficult to work from the hotel. Asked for help but they seemed unable to fix the issue (told me it was common with Apple). Overall, a very disappointing, relatively expensive, and forgetful experience. We regret not to have fulfilled all your expectations. Hotel is place near the airport and have a Shopping centre on a walking distance full of restaurants. In our bar, you will find Gin tonic from 8€, international import brands are more expensive. We recommend communicating any issue you may have in the room while you are in the hotel (specially for 3 nights stay) so hotel will be able to solve it quickly. We have check safe and minibar in room 335 and, at this moment, both works perfectly. Regarding apple devices, our Wi-Fi connection (as in many other places) require connecting from a landing page with a password or your room number. Page is not show automatically as it is block by apple system (out of hotel control), you need to unblock it or you may connect directly through the QR code showed at reception.Have a great day and Kind RegardsAxor Hotels

    This was the one-night complimentary hotel for our cancelled Delta Airlines flight. We got lucky with a junior suite. After getting passed frustrations with the airline, we settled-in to our comfortable room and enjoyed the complimentary delicious meals. It's about a 12 min drive to MAD. We were very satisfied with our quick stay.     Great location and good service

    Closely located to the airport and provide a free shuttle service. The only negative to be aware of, is that the Drinks Bar only opens at 5pm, and have no small Bar Snacks available for purchase. In fact, there is no food available at the hotel, until the restaurant opens, only at 8:30pm. We arrived at 3pm and had to wait till 8:30pm to get food. The drinks at 5pm was good, especially the sangria. The room is spacious, and very comfortable, and modern.
