Location

The hotel is located in a residential and business area, 10 min from IFEMA exhibition centre, Congress Palace and Juan Carlos I Auditorium. It is near the Plenilunio shopping centre with cinemas, shops, restaurants, bowling and go-karts. The city centre is 15 min by car (approximately 10 km). Access to public transport is just roughly 100 m away. It takes 5 min to reach Madrid - Barajas Airport (around 3 km).

Facility

Guests have a choice of 285 non-smoking rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. This hotel was wonderful! Beautiful room, lovely, helpful staff and free shuttle to/from the airport. I will definitely stay there again when in Madrid.

The airport pick up drop off bus was very good, couldn't say much as we only stayed overnight was handy having a Lidl store 300 yds away to pick up some supplies. Overnight stay prior to transport to the airport

We had a one night stay as we'd travelled from the south east of Spain to fly from Madrid on a long haul flight. The food in the restaurant was good. The shuttle service to the airport was goodI speak Spanish but when I asked the receptionist to speak a bit slower she smiled and carried on speaking rapidly. I managed to understand her. Misleading and poor customer service

Good place overall, but my experience was tainted by the receptionist, Andrea. When the airport shuttle left a minute early 9:29 instead of 9:30 from a completely different pick up place (or at least we were not told that the shuttle left from next door), instead of being helpful, she simply shrugged and blamed us. The airport shuttle situation feels misleading, and the staff was not helpful in resolving it. Andrea, in particular, could benefit from developing stronger customer service skills. This hotel is modern and close to the airport. Free shuttle is provided to and from the airport. The beds are comfortable but the room was HOT. Apparently the air conditioning has been turned off for the season without regard for the room temp. We spent a miserable night before our flight home.
