Location

This hotel is situated directly on the A2 motorway, with easy access to all the major ring roads. The hotel is surrounded by the business parks of Coslada, San Fernando and Torrejón. For leisure travellers, the hotel is next to Plenilunio and the Aquopolis water park. The IFEMA exhibition and fair centre and Madrid city centre are just minutes away, as is Madrid Barajas International Airport, some 2 km from the hotel.

Facility

124 non-smoking rooms, including 121 double rooms, are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom.     I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The restaurant was awful. One kid was completely overwhelmed attending to everyone. I had to leave and go to the crown plaza after asking for a water 5 times. When I came back he started yelling at me.     Avoid this hotel! Isolated with no shuttle service!

    The name of the hotel implies it is near the airport! It’s not! It’s very hard to get to via public transport (okay, two buses and a lengthy walk) and the taxi is expensive. It’s way off the beaten track. I felt very unwelcome on check in. The language barrier was a surprise. However I should speak Spanish - I live here! - and I don’t. I was not given much information and I learned more when I overheard the receptionists checking in other guests later! I asked if there was a bar and I was directed towards some tables and wandered around but could not find it. Apparently there is no bar - just table service! I felt belittled. I was made to feel so unwelcome that I went to the Crowne Plaza next door and had food and drinks there where I was made to feel exceedingly welcome. Due to its isolated position with no shuttle I would avoid this hotel at all costs. I found the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Be sure to factor in high taxi costs both ways. Use the hotels nearby who have shuttle services.     Choose a better option to Stay.

    The hotel is called B&B hotel Terminal 1,2 and 3 , this gives the impression that hotel is part of the Terminal or very close to the Airport. Hotel is good 15 minutes away and costs for Taxi one way 25 Euro, in fact the Cab driver wrongly claimed 33 Euro and I had to question him. Air conditioning or the air circulation in the room is an issue, very stuffy rooms. Had a sleepless night infact. Had to open the window middle of the night. Room has no glasses for water etc. You have to bring in paper cups from Lobby.Very limited restaurant menu and nothing is available around this property as option .     We stayed here for a total of 3 nights. The staffs need serious customer service training as well, poor manners during check in and check out processes. Upon checking out on the last day, I was thinking of taking a hot coffee with me on the road. When the cappuccino was being brewed, the front desk girl confronted me citing I have already checked out !     Wouldn't stay here if you paid me

    I am surprised this hotel has a rating higher than 3. I checked in, paid, spent a few minutes in my room, and left, something in my 50+ years alive I have never done. First, it's about 15 minutes or more to the airport, so not super close. Second, there was a horrific smell - the smell of sewage everywhere. The AC in my room didn't work and I couldn't open the window because of the awful smell. I could hear the person next door gently blow his nose. The room seemed clean, but the bed was not comfortable.
