    The hotel is very clean and place im very good near restaurant and plaza nort 2 amazing mall abd near big market, the room is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the service is excellent specially the coffee corner, im definitely back again

    One big lie - 15 minutes by taxi for 30 EUR in each direction!Well, the hotel is not near terminal T4 - it is far from the airport. You have to take a taxi and pay 30EUR in each direction.Better to take nearby "expensive" hotels and you will be at the same price.On top of it, the hotel was in pretty bad shape, and no light was working in the bathroom.Very friendly receptionists and decent restaurants around

    The name of the hotel is a bit misleading because it's not very close to any of the airport terminals. It's in San Sebastian de los Reyes, 6 km from the terminal 4 of Madrid airport. From the nearest commuter train station (cercanias, C4 line Alcobendas/San Sebastian de los Reyes) it took nearly half an hour to walk to the hotel. However, by taxi it's only a 10 minutes ride between the airport and the hotel. If you want to save time, I recommend taxi. It's about 20 euros. The hotel itself was very good. The lobby was stylish, the room was quite nice, everything was clean. Good customer service and friendly staff at the reception desk. But pay attention to the location especially if you have early morning flight next day. Next to the hotel there is Plaza Norte 2 shopping complex offering all kinds of shopping possibilities and restaurants.

    Very good hotel is nice and near the airport justo 20 euros to the airport is no near Madrid but is very good breakfast at 7 euros…………………………… very good rooms and comfortable . Breakfast is ham and cheese with bread and coffe ………………………………………..

    The title says it all. Really warm and hot weather and the minimum temperature is set to 18, advised to turn it off instead. If its too hot to sleep then a low rating is in place. no fan available. I cant imagine what happens during summer when gets really hot.
