    We stayed for 1 night in this hotel. I stayed in a single room, it was small but fine for 1 night. The staff were great, really helpful. There was some noise from outside but this is to be expected on a Saturday night!     Loved the minimalist approach and the super helpful front desk. Also loved the coffee corner with house and fruit 24/7. Two issues: the smell from a deodorizer in the room was overwhelming and sickening. Other issue was that scaffolding blocked our windows. Way too expensive this weekend.     Clean, Comfortable, and Perfectly Located

    Lovely hotel! If you’re looking for a luxury stay, this isn’t it — but if you want a clean, comfortable, and central base for a city break, it’s perfect. All the major tourist spots are within a 30-minute walk, and Plaza Mayor is just minutes away.The room was small but had a big, comfortable bed and a spotless ensuite bathroom stocked with Dove products (a nice touch). The shower wasn’t amazing but did the job. Instead of a wardrobe or drawers, there are hangers and hooks on the wall, which worked fine for a short stay. The TV includes Chromecast so you can stream music or Netflix while getting ready.Staff were friendly and polite throughout. There are no in-room drink facilities, but the hotel has a “coffee corner” offering free coffee, juice, biscuits, and fruit. We also received a daily care package with two bottles of water and sweet treats, which was a lovely surprise.Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to adults on a city break who want a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location.     Great spot in historic district

    This hotel has friendly, very helpful staff and we liked the clean and modern room right beside the Plaza Mayor. A few stairs to climb to the elevator, which I mention only because the rriend I travelked with has mobility issues. Really appreciated the Coffee Corner, a lounge in the basement that had coffee, cookies, juice, fruit, and water available all day every day for free—it became our daily stop after sightseeing for hours. Just beware that there are many stairs to get to it.     Long weekend in Madrid

    What a lovely hotel. My wife and I have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. We booked a superior room on the fourth floor. Not the biggest hotel room we have stayed in, but big for Madrid. We were literally a minutes walk away from Plaza Mayor. What an absolute amazing location. Each morning we were left a bag of waters, two small cakes and either donuts or croissants. What a lovely gesture. On the basement there is a room with two coffee machines, a fruit juice dispenser, fruit and jars of cookies and biscuits. The only small down side was the air con in the room could have been better. It’s sufficient, but I think we might have struggled in July or August (we stayed June 2025).
