    DANGEROUS PLACE - THIEF PROBLEMS

    On November 9, at 9:00 a.m., while we were having breakfast at the Fuenlabrada B&B hotel in Madrid, my wife's bag was stolen from our table by people who did not stay at the hotel. Our passports, IDs, valuables were stolen. Everything is recorded on the camera. We also lodged a complaint with the police station. No one asked the thieves for a room number or any other information when they entered the breakfast room. Our belongings were stolen while we were having breakfast with our baby, the hotel was not helpful at all. Definitely do not stay at this hotel. Do not stay in any B&B hotels. Very dangerous. We were in a very difficult situation, we had a hard time returning to our country. I hope you are well and recovered from the stress of that moment. I would like to start by again expressing my regrets about what happened. As you are well aware, we at the hotel have put ourselves at your complete disposal and have given and will continue to give you all the help we can. We had the opportunity to view the recordings with the police and make the corresponding complaint, providing them with a copy of the recordings, and we have also made ourselves available to assist in the investigation of the facts, which we will continue to do in the event of further requests. Likewise, we held a conversation with the agents in order to provide them with all the information that could be relevant for the investigation.Once the facts have been reported, it is up to the police to carry out the investigation of the facts and identify the offenders and, if necessary, refer the proceedings to the Court. As mentioned above, the hotel has already provided all the information that was available in relation to the commission of the facts.On the other hand, the theft was due to force majeure, it was the result of an unforeseeable and unavoidable event, due to facts attributable to a third party and without the fault of the hotel staff. A person broke into the establishment, posing as a client of the hotel. This person seemed to be looking for the best moment to steal any object that a client could leave unattended on a table or chair in the breakfast area and then leave the establishment again. And unfortunately that is what happened in your case. Consequently, there is no liability on the part of the hotel and no financial compensation is due, since the hotel has taken all the necessary and mandatory measures for the safety of persons and property, both technical and organizational. Guests are also aware of the care and vigilance measures to be taken with regard to their personal belongings.     Room temperature are very hot

    I booked for 3 rooms Oct 19 2024 for my family and bad experiences no parking available and during our 1 night room temp is 27 degrees which feels ware roasting inside the room. I have to open the windows. Went down to reception at 3am and ask the receptionist if she can change the room temp. And she said no it was centralised which all of us couldn't sleep. AC not working.photo attached taken 3am.

    This place really is good for its value. Staff is nice, sheets were clean and everything was in order. Nothing negative to point out. And is two steps away from a nice shopping center, and free parking!

    The hotel is clean and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the amenities are good. Breakfast is ok, with a lot of choice but if it's not included in your room rate and you don't want to eat at the hotel, there is a local supermaket nearby where you can buy your own food and eat in your room (you can borrow plates, cups and cutlery anytime right next to the front desk). Room service was really cool too, I had a delicious paella with black rice! But the real highlight of this hotel is its staff, they are all super friendly and helpful! The only inconvenience is its location, as it's about 35/40 minutes away from the center of Madrid and you have to take a special subway line and pay an extra fee to go there and come back. But all the good points of the hotel made up for it.

    l found this hotel helping by Trip adviser and booking.com map.Hotel is not close to the Madrid Center but you should be stop and listen my advice.it is far but has got two public transport(metro and train) to Madrid where it is so close from Hotel and you can find so easy for get on.Transport cheap, practical and enjoyable.Hotel cheap, good value,clean, person and stuff friendly which good breakfast, silent, helpful person.l guess that good choice for me.loves
