    Just a perfect stay in Madrid!

    I chose this hotel for my daughter and I to stay, it’s situated in a lovely safe neighbourhood. The hotel was perfect, welcoming, always willing to help and made us feel so comfortable! Our room we booked was the empress room with a terrace! The room was exceptionally clean, so quiet, air con was perfect and the bed and pillows were sooo comfy! Teh breakfast was delicious, a great selection & all staff so friendly. We went to Madrid to visit family and to have have a mixture of relaxing time and we were there when it was very hot, so the terrace on the roof was great! The pool was just what you needed! I am already looking to book our next stay there! Highly recommend!!! We’ve had an amazing stay!     A stay in this hotel is a definite must. The check-in was easy, despite our heavy jet lag and very helpful. Food at the restaurant is excellent with the staff being very helpful and attentive.
