They had comunicated to us that they have "very nice" double room for 3 nights but when we arrived with my husbund and our baby they showed us a room in a basement without window and no fresh air. The lady was very arrogant and instead to be helpful and to find better option for us, she increased the price for staying in another room that was free only for one night.

The food in the hotel is very good, the rooms are cleaned every day, there is a beach near the hotel, a bus stop, a supermarket, an ice cream shopHotel have mini bar with drinks and snacksnext to swimming pool . I can go again to this hotel.💘💘💘

I stayed in this hotel, for a second time, with my family and we were very satisfied. Room was nice and clean, staff helpful. Food was good. The pool was clean and good place for kids. This year no big rush in whole Platamon. So it was a nice stay. All recommendations.

Excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time. We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean. Dinner was a great, every day another food. Hotel has a pool and you can order to eat and drink at the pool.

A lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Good customer service, friendly, helpful staff and a great location! The hotel has a pool, sauna and gym too. Newly renovated and very close to the beach!
