    Excellent location; half an hour to/from the airport, five minute walk to Sol Metro Station or Atochas Train Station. Food, entertainment, shopping, site seeing all right there. We were surprised to see Pablo Alboran in Puerto del Sol singing new material from his upcoming album. Madrid has everything 24/7 and there are so many day trips. Excellent staff, rooms were soundproof too!

    The property has an excellent location, walk distance from Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via w/ metro station(s) around. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff. In addition crossing the property (10 step away), you will find one of the best Flamenco Show in town, if you are staying in Blume Cruz you can receive up to a 30% off in the show ticket(s) (Ask to the front personnel) In overall great experience Highly recommended.

    Lovely, clean, bright, well appointed and well situated place to stay in Madrid. Appreciated the extra level of security that was maintained (buzzed in by staff during the day, keypad to get in at night). Breakfast was very nice as well. Front desk lady is so sweet and helpful. Very close to all attractions and amenities. Recommened

    The appartment is newly renovated and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is great. Location is in the middle of Madrid. But, I think the appartment is overprized compared to the 4 and 5 stars hotel in town with pool and resaturant. The appartment is a bit small for 3 persons. I paid extra for a balcony, but the view was not very nice, a dirty hostel and a dirty street.

    The staff was wonderful. Thank you to Carolina, Martina, Irina, Ferial-all of you were professional, pleasant, helpful. We stayed here twice-first when we arrived in Madrid from Miami and again one week later on our return to Madrid, a total of 7 nights. The location is excellent in the center of Madrid. Close to the metro, plaza mayor, plaza del Sol. Within walking distances of the royal palace, the Prado museum. Restaurants in every direction. 24/7 supermarket nearby. The studio apartment was adequate for all our needs. The twin beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. Everything was clean inside the apartment, the hallways and the reception area. Room access is with your own special code, there are no keys. After 6:00 PM there is a separate entrance that you need a code for entry. There are 4 apartments on each of the four floors. Be aware that all apartments ending in 4, e.g., 404 face an inner shaft so that there is no view but it is quiet with no noise from the street. Again what made our stay extra special was the wonderful staff. Muchas gracias.
