    Located a literal two minute walk to Gran Via and one of the cheapest places to rent a room in Madrid. The staff were friendly and always at hand to help if needed.The rooms themselves are nicely sized, and the bathroom has a shower that is also half a bath (this was one of my favourite parts of my entire holiday, don't knock it until you try it). Rooms have air-con and although there is some structural noise, it wasn't an issue at night time. There is also baggage storage for the day you are leaving, so you don't have to carry cases on your last day. The shop next door opens late as well if people need to get last minute items. Cara is an absolute sweetheart and I love her. So if you are staying there, do look out for her. Give her rubs and tell her that I miss her lol If I return to Madrid, I will be staying here again. It was more than worth the price that we paid.

    A hostel that doesnt feel like one. Rooms are spacious with free toiletries and water replaced when room is cleaned. They have a sign on door so you can decide when you want your room cleaned. Private bathroom ours had a shower tub. There is also a communal bathroom if needed which is spotless. Walls a bit thin for noise but with heat too tired to care. Has a lift for guests who cant use the stairs. Friendly staff clean rooms at a good price in a perfect location and favourite staff member cara made our week.

    Lovely hostal spotless clean, very friendly staff and the beautiful Cara such a lovely place to visit. So central to everything less then 10 min walk to Gran Via and main shops. Only downfall was the noise the walls are very thin and can hear everything from the other rooms a few noisy guests but would stay here again very comfortable beds. Room was always cleaned when needed. Highly recommend

    Lots of rumour and stinking bathroom

    Don’t understand the previous high scores. Upon arrival you receive ear plugs. Not for nothing. You hear whatever your neighbours are doing and talking about. The bathroom stinks like the gutter 24/7. Each afternoon you smell what the host has been cooking. Find another joint to sleep in Madrid.

    You will find it hard to get a place so close to all the action for the price close to the gran via - I found it Very clean the bathroom and bedroom are compact -all the staff is very nice and welcoming for the price you can not go wrong
