The hotel has 313 rooms, including 17 junior suites, 16 suites and 228 double rooms, which are located on 9 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     We arrived to check into our Airbnb and faced a major plumbing emergency. It was 7pm. We needed a 4-day accommodation quickly! We met Alba at the front desk and she could not have been kinder or more helpful. We had been through a lot and she asked questions and listened to our whole story. It was like therapy. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was 5 stars, hotel cleaning staff was 5 stars. Thank you! And special thanks to Alba for her kindness and empathy when we needed it the most. 😊

    Second stay @ the Canopy by Hilton Madrid castellana and all I can say is that this Hotel has such a great vibe. Loved it from the minute you walk in and being met by Dani.

    We were there for a medical conference, The hotel is amazing, great breakfast and gym . The room very modern . The staff is very friendly and helpful.From the breakfast manager MariaLuz ( I think) to Dani in front desk , we were traveling with a baby and all the staff was always offering help and check if we need help with bags or the stroller.
