Location

This hotel is centrally located at the heart of Madrid and just a few paces from the Museo del Prado. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity, as is the Gran Vía and the Puerta del Sol. Further tourist sights can easily be reached by making use of public transport and Atocha train station is approximately 500 m from the hotel.

The hotel was built in 1913 and modernised in 2024. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service.     We enjoyed this hotel. The only downside was the size of the room. This was I. Comparison to the other 4th floor rooms. We only noticed this when they were being cleaned. Breakfast and all staff were excellent as was the spa. Excellent location also.     Jose and his team went on and beyond to make my group of 14 artists feel welcome and at home during our stay at Casa de Las Artes. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and stylish. Bathrooms well appointed with toiletries and fluffy bath sheets. Showered were powerful and the hotel supplied hairdryer was salon quality. The restaurant accommodated all of us for dinner one evening in the private dining area. Service was excellent and the special set menu was delicious. I dined in there for lunch food was good quality and very reasonably priced.Breakfast was outstanding, I’m usually one to skip a hotel breakfast. Not here! Good choice of buffet and an l’carte freshly cooked to order options too. The facilities in the hotel are very good, the library was a fabulous place to meet each day before we headed out. Some of my group enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, while others found their way to the cinema. A wonderful and stylish hotel. I’ll certainly return the next time I’m in Madrid.     I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay comfortable and relaxing.The bar was a real highlight. It had a great atmosphere, a good selection of drinks, and was the perfect place to unwind in the evening. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from each morning.What truly made the stay special, though, was the restaurant staff.     Lavish architecture and plush amenities though rooms are tiny

    The hotel's architecture truly impresses. The staff is exceptional in every way and they really strive to deliver a 5-star experience from start to finish. The only negative aspect of this particular property are the rooms themselves: extremely small compared to other hotels of the same class.
