    Great location with very helpful, friendly staff, and the added bonus of a good breakfast.We were unfortunate that we had air conditioning problems especially as a heatwave hit. Also, be aware, if you aren't allocated an inside room (which does have a window) there will be a lot of street noise, kept us awake until 3am. Requesting an internal room is advisable. Thankfully we were able to move rooms. Would have given five stars otherwise.     Location and excellent Customer Service!

    Location Location Location. This hotel has it! And more important a real understanding of customer service. As a person who has celiac this hotel is located around or very close to many many 100% gluten free restaurants in Madrid. However their excellent customer service became most evident on the second day. My first night I suffered an allergic reaction, still not sure the cause but was faced with hives on various parts of my legs shoulders and face. The care and support provided by the hotel staff was exceptional. I was connected to an on call doctor right away through the hotel and was seen within an hour. Yes a lot of itching but it didn’t impact our holiday and every night when we returned was checked in on by the front desk to see how I was doing. I am grateful for their help and support and made the challenges more bearable. Thanks from Canada.
