Located south of the capital, the hotel is ideal for those wanting to visit Warner Bros. Theme Park. Thanks to its excellent location, it takes just 20 minutes to visit the capital and it has an excellent connection to Toledo. Madrid Airport is approximately 35 km away.

    We went 3 people 2 nights during the week to stay at this hotel as we did not find another hotel with Availability (in covers). A mess of hotel, with 3 beds there was no room for anything, nor to be able to move in the room, the old room and very very fair, not to mention the price that was a real steal.Better pass it by.     From the precip that cost us, the room on 2 floors was fine, so "clean" and the bathroom was also correct. They even changed the towels both days without asking. It is a hotel in a polygon, that sure, little atmosphere in the area, but that you know when you hire and to get to it, you can mess around the polygon and see things that you do not like. The worst thing about my first night was that in the next room, until 4 o'clock in the morning they didn't stop coming in and out of it, running through the halls, stinging at the door, slamming shut, etc... What I didn’t know was what would happen inside, because there were just the noises of dragging beds and bedside table drawers, which were sticking against our head wall.     Without maintenance, elevator does not work for three days. Bad education, they did not meet the requirements

    It's not worth it, poor service, the elevator didn't work, nor the air conditioning, they didn't care about anything. It is poorly maintained, without maintenance. When asking about the breakdowns they responded with "I'm not a technician", "what do you want me to do", "if you don't like it, go to another hotel".     Terrible hotel, we booked two rooms for the weekend, and with 30 degrees in Madrid, the air conditioning does not work, only the heating and with spiders in the rooms like tarantulas and the solution they give us after spending the first night without hitting Be careful, let's look for another hotel Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.     Most normal hotel.Everything was going as expected until it occurred to us to take a bottle of water from the machine.We got 1:50. We told him what happened at the front desk and his response was that he was not responsible for the machine, which was a vending machine and that usually happens.To which we asked him for a solution, he told us to call the phone number on the machine.The somewhat cocky guy.We told him that at least if it was broken he should turn it off so that it wouldn't happen to other people, and he told us that it wasn't his fault. From what I understand that the money that the machine keeps will be takenBecause of the bad manners we put up a complaint form.The rooms are very normal, hard mattress and soft pillows.
