    Everything about CoolRooms exceeded expectations. We could not have asked for better accommodations. We were greeted immediately by the front desk and personally escorted to our rooms.     Could not appreciate this hotel more. While in Madrid, and after traveling around Spain, the CoolRooms de Atocha became our home away from home. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff absolutely so kind, and the location conveniently central and yet quiet. We were able to walk to the train station, the Prado, and many other major attractions within 15 minutes (warning: some directions it was quite uphill), and the Letras area has great and cute restaurants and eateries super close by.     Intimate and charming hotel in a perfect location.

    Exceptional service and a location that can’t be beat. We walked everywhere. The decor is charming and the beds are comfortable. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was open for early dinners if one so chose (and we did). On our last night we enjoyed a fabulous dinner seated in the lovely pool terrace area.
