Location

This city hotel is situated 50 m from Alcalá Street and 600 m from Ciudad Lineal metro station, from which direct connections to the city centre are available (10 min). Furthermore the hotel is just 2 min from the M-30 and M-40 motorways and, therefore, has excellent access to the key areas of Madrid. The hotel is situated in a residential and commercial area that is brimming with restaurants, bars and shops. IFEMA exhibition grounds and the Serrano Street shopping district are both 8 min away, whilst Chamartín train station is 12 min away and Madrid - Barajas International Airport is 10 min away.

Facility

32 suites are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Weekend away in Madrid

    Booked a weekend away with my son's to visit Madrid, and stayed at this hotel.I was very pleasantly surprised due to previous reviews on Tripadvisor.But I can confirm this was a lovely, clean and cosy little hotel, with good local conveyance stores and with good links to the city centre.

    Not worth the cheap price. Large suite was big enough for our family of six but smelled very musty and was similar to a low budget motel. I would not recommend staying here unless you are okay with an outdated and crusty smelling hotel room. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would consider it a 2 star hotel. Hotel staff was helpful and nice.

    All was good with the hotel and room. It was very easy to get to from the airport. Transport to central Madrid is frequent and the station is less than 10 minutes away. A strong option which is much cheaper than other places in Madrid.

    Worst front desk staff

    Under no circumstance should anyone ever book at this hotel. They double booked me and when I called the front desk to have them cancel one of the reservations (they were EXACTLY the same) the rude lady who answered the phone literally told me “it’s not my problem!” 😳. I am absolutely shocked and appalled. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this awful experience in hopes no one else will have to deal with these people!

    This was a second trip to this hotel, four yrs apart. We had a double room which was large and airy. The is bathroom is small and could do with a little freshen up.. But totally satisfactory and functional.. The kitchen has a coffee pod machine, microwave, crockery and fridge and separate seating area.The air con works a treat and is needed after a busy day in Madrid.Didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looks like a decent selection for continental option.The terrace is comfortable but a little untidy at times .. Ashtrays full, bin not emptied regularly.. But a peaceful place to sit for an early coffee.Unfortunately the pool and rooftop terrace wasn't open (opens from mid June) We stayed for 5 days and everyday our room was cleaned, bins emptied and fresh towels.. It really was spotless.. Thank you to the great housekeeping! Front desk were friendly and helpful, Paco (thank you for the ice-cream) and Susanna.. and the evening manager. The surrounding area is not touristy but that's what we like, some great little restaurants, shops and bars around and a large supermarket all reasonably priced. The metro station is 5 minute walk away and very easy to use and takes you right into the centre.Would definitely return if staying in madrid again.
