  Comfortable hostel, affordable price and great location

  Hostel very well located on a crossroads of Gran Vía. Metro and buses at the door if necessary. Area with lots of restaurants and commerce. The hostel occupies the 2nd floor of a building and is therefore not large. The rooms are close to each other. I booked a deluxe single room with a balcony and it is exactly as shown on the website. Clean and comfortable, very acceptable quality/price ratio. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.It is a good option for a short stay and for those who want a more affordable price.   The worst night of my life

  It's not only the hygiene Who is the problem altough I found 2 long Black hair in my bed and 2 huge ones in the shower (I am blond with short hair...) but it s also the noise. If it doesn t come from the drunks outside the window (because of à street that I would say is a place for prostitution), it is because the walls are thin as paper. If i understoed spanish I would have had the whole story of the life of our neigbour Who spoke from 3am until we woke up at 8. It s a shame because the plus point is its locationm

  nice little gem hidden away a few steps from Gran Via!

  I stayed here for a weekend and it was lovely! The location is right next the Gran Via metro station, so it's perfect for exploring Madrid. The place is super clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The bed was so confy I almost never wanted to get up!The rooms are a bit noisy due to the very popular location, but nothing you can't sleep through.If I'm ever back in Madrid, I will definitely stay here again!   They should be out of business

  Totally unprofessional service. We booked them using Booking.com -- their page did not say they limit check-in to just a few hours in the afternoon. They didn't even tell us until 5:45pm that they would leave at 6:00 pm and still charge us for the stay. Our train got in later, and there was no sign, no reception. When they finally emailed me back (they don't answer the phone!) they tried to charge us 15EU extra to check in after 5pm. There is NO sign, no buzzer, nothing to tell you you're at the right place.
