Room okay. With basic bathroomFront window system a bit weird with fridge behind glass sliding doorsEverything you touch will cost you so bewareThen breakfast which you attend a main road cafe which is part of the hotel building We left as no room and the staff took attention to paying customers (which I understand)Location is good for being between two major subway stationsAnd the Bolt cab service we used regularly was fantastic So bottom line is would we returnNo

Great hotel! We stayed in the apartment and it was wonderful. Great staff and the cafe had some of the best coffee and pastries. The room was clean. The apartment was not in the hotel but around the corner so it was safe and quiet away from street traffic. Would stay again.

Clean hotel. Well located close to Metro - 5 minute walk. Close to food stores; Small fridge available in room. Friendly staff. Cute decor. Rooms are extremely warm at night. No air conditioning in working - centrally monitored by hotel. Had to open window.Rooms are not soundproofed. We turned on fan to muffle sounds from other guest’s rooms. Bathroom door is accordion plastic door, which does not lock and needs repair. Very inconvenient since NO privacy in bathroom. All in all a good value for cleanliness and standard European room with no frills. The bathroom door should be fixed or replaced to give some privacy to guests staying in same room. I would recommend hotel in spite of small conveniences if you’re looking for a clean place to rest.

The plus:Reception clerk very friendly, good room size, cool lobby, coffe/tea machine,The less:The room needs improvemnt, it seems it has been refurbished some time ago and there's furniture, ceiling, floor deteriorated. The decoration is "peculiar", terrible soap/bath gel dispensers, the location is far from city center.

The hotel is near Metro in an ordinary Madrid district, but with a good connection to the airport and centre ! Frontdesk is nice, helpful, and friendly. The room is small , clean, and functional even Kaffee/tea station but water is 1.5 Euro and coffee tea will not refill I think for the price a tea bag and water should be refill and include! The walls are tin, and the windows are only 1/3 size, so the room feels darker and smaller ! The best is the bakery/cafe in GF door to door with fresh good orange juice, coffee, and Spanish sandwiches for a very good price! The price and location are fine !
