  The stay was okay, but you have to pay a €200 deposit on arrival, but you will not get it back. We have left everything neat and fully followed the rules. At check-out they indicated that they would disturb the amount back the same day, but did not receive anything back days later. Emails are not answered. In short, a very unreliable organization. I would not book here!!!! De borg wordt op de dag van vertrek door ons vrijgegeven, maar door processen bij internationale banken kan het langer duren voordat u het bedrag daadwerkelijk ziet terugkeren op uw rekening.   Unfortunately the Front Desk Staff Service Isn't Good, Hallway Carpets are Old

  We stayed at this property in April 2025.The front desk staff are very unfriendly. There are very drunk and noisy guests staying at this place who bother other guests and rooms. The front desk staff didn't care at all and told us there was nothing they can do. The carpet in the various hallways [in the elevator areas] of the building are old and dirty. The only positive about this place is that the location is good, but otherwise there are other places nearby that are much better, and even cheaper. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to sleep at day or night because of all the noise.   I am apart of Vaughantown volunteers and this hotel is where the bus picks us up to take us to the destinations. The staff is wonderful and they are very helpful directing us to the restaurants in the area.   I stayed at this hotel for three nights, I thought it was very clean and quiet! There were two major problems in total: 1. The internet is very slow and the wheels of the bed are constantly moving. If you have no problems with these two, there are many good places.

  We have booked an apartment to spend a week's holiday in Madrid. As a result, a place in the middle of renovations, without telling us, of course. Electric cables dangling, dust and we are woken up every day by the sound of hammers, saws and knocks.A shame. Get out of this place.
